No, an ATPL is not required to become a pilot, you must get a CPL to become a commercial pilot. But before you can become a captain you need to have an ATPL, and you can apply for an ATPL after you have obtained 1500 flight hours.

Airlines usually announce the new vacancies on their website in the career section. When there is a vacancy, you submit an application to the airline. If the airline invites you to a job interview, after the interview the airline decides if they want to hire you.
I would recommend to read English newspapers to improve vocab and write article daily about 200 words and pro tip have negotiations with friends or with come intellectuals

U will need an FAA license (US license) plus will have to meet the eligibility of the airline's vacancy (usually atleast 1500 hrs of flying experience and having an ATPL)

Nop, I suggest complete class 12th first, concentrate on that and get good grades there, you can start off with spl training immediately after 12th
