Ingredients:
500 grams of chicken, 300 grams of onion, 400 grams of spinach, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 2 big cardamoms, 2 green cardamoms, 3-4 whole red chilies, 1-1.5 inches of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon peppercorns, 7-8 cloves, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2-3 bay leaves, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, salt as per taste, 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam Masala Powder, red chili powder as per taste, 1/4th + cup of mustard oil
