- Today I am presenting with you Indian country chicken gravy which is also known as Desi Murga in the local language. As many of you must be aware that country chicken is full of health benefits. If we compare it with broiler chicken, it is amazingly delicious in taste. In this video, I am cooking country chicken curry in a pressure cooker to simplify its recipe and approach. So let's get started Desi Murga in my style.

Ingredients:
550 grams of country chicken, 250 grams of onion, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 piece of black cardamom, 2 green cardamoms, 10-12 peppercorns, 4-5 cloves, 2 bay leaves, a half teaspoon of cumin, 6-7 whole red chilies, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, a half teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of garam masala, 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, 1/4th teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1 tablespoon of salt or use as per taste, and coriander leaves to garnish.
