Chicken Cafreal is a very popular dish in Goa. In this dish, a chicken is marinated with a green marinade containing spices, herbs, toddy vinegar, and Feni, a local Goan liquor. Traditionally this chicken is roasted on charcoal heat. In this recipe, I am cooking chicken Cafreal the way it is except I am replacing Toddy vinegar with lemon juice and Feni with Old Monk Rum. So let's get started with this amazing mouthwatering recipe.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken, 50 grams of coriander leaves, 6-8 green chilies, 20 grams of garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger, 1.5 tablespoons of green peppercorns, 3 pieces of walnut, 1 tablespoon of dry peppercorns, 6-8 cloves, 1/2 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 piece of cinnamon, half a lemon/ Toddy vinegar(2 tablespoons), 60 ml of dark rum / Feni, salt as per taste, 15-20 leaves of fresh mint, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, approx 1/4 cup of olive oil.

Dear one tip always when keep chicken or meat on gril you must clean by half onion then you have to rub then keep meat on it
