  • Planks are a common exercise for low back pain. While they can be beneficial, a lot of people dread doing them. Luckily, they aren't the only exercise for low back pain. This video demonstrates several exercises that can be used instead of planks.

    With low and mid back pain, how often should you perform these?

      It really depends. For some, it helps to do them more often. Others less. Have to find what you respond best to.
