Hi Howard thank you for the kind words I started playing when I was 10 And I never stopped trying to improve there’s a link on Bob Reeves mouthpieces called “Behind The Bell”where I answer Q&A that you might find interesting
HornTrader thanks coach, I received my 5CFL it’s great nice tone plus easy high register access..... plus the coolest mouth piece brush I’ve ever seen ....btw way, have I told you I love my new FH 🙃....so easy to play, so much fun....next up a ultra open Cornet.🎺
Hi Steve, great demo! Are there any differences between different trumpets of this model? Are they very consistent, or can you find some that are less efficient?
@@HornTrader Evening Steve that Bach is a blast , in your opinion which is better the cb 6280 or the bach 190 ! Me my self I love them both ! If Booker Little we're alive he'd have one , So would Freddie Hubbard ! Heck I know Raashawn Ross has one !
Hi Mr.HornTrader What would be the best pro trumpets to buy in new condition that has outstanding tone has fast valve actions great for solos and helps on the upper register preferably around the 2000-5000 price range and is the Bach Stradivarius 190S37 better than the 18037 I find it great in the upper register . Thank You From EXTREME Trompetista
Hola Amigo, I like the 190-37 Better that the 180-37 the tone is just a little bit brighter and they are made better like the horns of the 1960's Stay Tuned to the HornTrader! Steve
Anything is possible. The NAMM show is in a week and they always trot out something new. In 1924 1st Trumpets/Cornets were Completed So we have a few years for the 100th anniversary.
Why do you always u ave to blast every note in every video. Why not play softer and show what the horns can do in different playing characteristics. You don't show the capabilities of the horns just that you can blast on them not that they have good tone characteristics.
Hi Chef, If you listen past the 1st 15 seconds you'll see that I play very sweetly. Please forgive me but I have to show the highs and lows, the soft and the loud. Thank you for your critique though I'll keep it in mind Best, Steve
"Why do you alwyas ave to blast every note in every video". I think if you watch Steve's video's properly you can clearly see he has chops to spare....Enjoy his playing, he's great, and very accurate in how he describes his horns. If you want blasting there are plenty of videos of ACTUAL trumpet blasting on youtube...
