Does existential psychology have personality dynamics?
It doesn't in most respects. May however believed in one's perception defining one's personality

Existential Psychoanalysis is the work of Jean-Paul Sartre and others. It's a form of existentialism which also encapsulates psychoanalysis. It doesn't support Freud's ideas and proposes a different understanding of human existence. It's quite a detailed topic which needs to be covered in a separate tutorial I am afraid. I'll add it to my pipeline for you.

Existential psychoanalytic theory attempts to understand the relationship between existence and essence in human beings. Essence refers to the characteristics an individual has derived because of the way a person has been brought up and because of the circumstances in life. It essentially explains the balance between existence and essence among other things.
