I saw my throat chakra with my own eyes in daylight after raising my hands up in the love to the whole world position after James Van Praagh cleared my aura during an Omega workshop… I was able to take photos of the sapphire blue light shining from my throat & reflecting off my hands as well as the digital camera I used!

As an energy healer and empath, I have seen that energy blockages correspond to the values associated to the chakra. I have always felt that my thyroid issues came from working in an environment where I couldn't speak my truth, and had to hide my true self. Now I am free of that hostile environment .
I have found that chanting AUM using a focus mudra is healing my throat chakra.
I can physically feel the vibration from heart chakra up to my third eye and crown chakra when doing the AUM, which started, obviously, in the throat chakra, spreading out. The first time I noticed it; it was a significant "aha" moment. I also had my hands on my cat in my lap at the time, who was also enjoying the vibration, and adding his own vibration - purring. It was an exhilarating energy loop.
(I pronounce it like you do, not that it really matters).

Synchronicity… last night I was wondering about my throat Chaka..(sore throat, neck and shoulders are sore too) . That I haven’t been able to speak my truth (my spiritual growth , my personal path )

Me too!! The synchronicity part!! Partly same physical things but also! I feel like no matter how clear Iam there’s always misunderstandings if my words or confusion. I do have a hard time speaking up or speaking to some too bluntly.

I essentially "choked" my throat chakra when I was young (9-10yo), I, well-let's just say, never wear headphones and sing out loud being goofy and thinking you're alone and have NO idea what you °actually° sound like 😬.
Never sang again. And I'm almost 52yo now.
Sigh, stupid 😄, I don't have any desires TO sing. And I have absolutely no problems communicating whatsoever, but I know for a fact that I closed °something° off that day big time and seeing that you kinda need ALL of your chakras to be balanced, I eagerly await this video and thank you!

I'm out of posting retirement for this post. Nice going! Great efforts! You must realize that certain concepts can not be "felt," that is, "subtle" vibrations do not permeate the beings of spiritual seekers by reports on the internet or in books by reporters who are intellectually guessing about higher vibrations. We only ascend so far through technology. We need to audit spiritual teachers in person, the old-fashioned way, so as to get a greater sense of the subtle vibrations they are emitting that are beyond intellectual understanding. We need to audit in person because we are spiritual illiterates.
Had an interesting vocalization moment prior to scrolling... Like a vocal improvisation exercise over music. Had some interesting manifestion thoughts regarding it. Dismissed them and then saw this. Thanks again, Brian.

Anytime I feel stress/anxiety, my throat chakra is tight. The weird thing is I’ve always spoken what was on my mind so it wasn’t me silencing myself.
Last week I decided to take a vow of silence for a period of time and lo and behold - the tightness is gone!
Perhaps my throat is trying to close off the negativity that can often spew from my mouth and let its grip go when I decided to stop talking?
Nobody has been able to explain this so far.
Throat heart navel SP are emotional centres ...its normal to feel choked or slightly tight ....release the anxiety or stress by saying I release I let go .....ask archangel Micheal for help ask him to vacuum out all the negative thought forms n emotions .
I have been drinking a tea for my throat chakra for about 2 week since I asked for prayers for my physical/emotional health

Loving the synchronicity! Lately it's been so hard to articulate anything. This morning I said some harsh things that I'd normally suppress to my husband. Instantly I felt clarity/alive but also rage and anger that had nowhere to be directed. Doing the healing part now I guess lol. I think of it like a factured part of my psyche had my throat chakra power. And now it's back with me for integration. Thanks Brian!

I had a raspy almost missing voice throughout my life , but also at times a strong singing voice and wise words to give. I believe my throat Chakra was blocked most of my life, but I had the opportunity to also experience it when unblocked and that's where my true service comes from, being able to soothe with my voice.

Brian, I send you my DEEPEST gratitude lol! I’ve been following you for years and love all your videos but this one really hit me. I was part of the group En Vogue from the beginning and was wrongfully terminated in 97. I believe the anger and sadness of being betrayed broke my heart chakra and choked off my throat chakra simultaneously. I haven’t been able to sing properly because I never expressed that trauma and I didn’t correlate my throat and heart chakra’s until I listened to this video. Makes sense so I will work on healing both of these chakra’s as well as my sacral chakra to restore my confidence. THANK YOU 🙏🏽

3 day's ago i hmmmmmed very loudly for age's my children started giggling and asked me what i was doing 😂🤷♀️i had no idea at the time but it felt nice. I have a fairly large mouth been working on what comes out of it for a while now 😂. I try to make everything ok with very few word's. Something with truth that belongs to me other's end up unhappy but its mostly said from love. Funny also the vibration in the air feels different today uts nice 😊. Love everything you do for us 😊😘

Wish we all doing well and creating good connections with each other and especially with the true loving God source Spirit Creator and us together (and especially with who we are with especially as family etc)
The issues with blocking/flowing in the right energies and spirits... And the self control/discipline issues that trying to block energies or Controlling or not controlling issues etc 🥺🤔😕
wish we all in the good balance and not having true and good Loving communication issues.
Wish our thoughts minds are communicating good good and not indistortion bad/evil and negative energies or wanting/not wanting to talk well and good issues etc
singing... And actions/charades? Other forms of movenent commutation... stretches and yoga exercises 🤔😕🥺 wish we doing well (especially when we can sing and have a good voice)
And also silence vowing silence... To listen more... Wish not in the unbalance issues
Or becoming negative or it as gaslighting issues 🥺😕 what Imbalances and negative spirits energies stop or are causing us these issues and thoughts etc? Maybe why it is good for some needed to be closed (or td to be quiet or shut it up?) so no negative comes but then if energies bare balanced well then you would only communicate and creating good? That's why I try to say or wish that the good true Holy Spirit or the good positive walk ins and healing spirit balance energies winning to take over for our greater good and being saved 🤔😕 and helping with the good positive freewill and not in the bad negative evil issues or where we get what seems lazy or discipline issues ways etc ...
