@nohandlefound.cyberpunk came out in 2020. The Witcher 3 came out in 2015. Two different decades. Also cyberpunk is no where near the game of the decade.
Found it on my second run because I saw the little fragment of a road on the map leading nowhere and explored the area. But I didn‘t return later, so the botanical garden is new for me. Thanks for the video.

I got back to TW3 recently on my old save from 2017. It seems this quest bugged for me back in the day - I definitely found the place, I have the note in my inventory marked as read, but there are no plants, I can't interact with anything, and mission is completely absent from my quest log. Unfortunate I will have to remember it when I play this game entirely next time
U probably missed more quests like that than u imagine I highly recommend googling all those, I was super happy to recently discover 5 never-done-before quests for me. It doesnt matter those were quite short, new is new

Is an update required for this quest to show up? I visited the exact spot, but no 3 pillars, no hidden stuff (I have acquired the Eye). Just the rags on a coat hanger and nothing else. Also the comments Geralt is making (about the cold) is not happening.
These hidden things are cool but instead of making pointless hidden things they could have spend the time to properly develop stuff that they had to finish in a rush at the end... Like Reason of State for example.
Played 300 hours, 2 complete runs, different choices in each. The 2nd attempt completed 100% of all side quests and poi in the map. Then, years later, after they released the remastered, I wanted to give it a try: they removed all question marks from the map. The game felt empty. Some poi where hard to access, imagine now that the question mark is not there? They are forcing us to follow guides and watch videos to find them all? Waste of time!
pretty sure, after the nextgen update, the UNdiscovered Location markers (?) became toggle-able in your settings. if not checked there, try your 'exploration' navigator on the Dpad in MAP view.
700 hours and never encountered this. Only shows how much of a masterpiece this game is.

I did this . There was initially a bug that stopped you completing it as the game wouldn't progress but they fixed it .
It's easily missable when you don't know if it's an explorable area. So yeah, it qualifies as a secret quest.
