I'm really glad you started a channel.. Love you work and style.. Your cars like the VooDoo idol are on another level from most builders .. Its great that your showing your skills . I'm learning all I can.. Thanx
Thanks for sharing your technique on forming metal 👍🏽 I thought maybe something was going to be done to the doors. I wasn't sure if the 2 door and 4 door had the same body length? I'm guessing the 4 door is longer but makes it look better as a 2 door Kustom. Some 4 door chops are starting to look great to.
Was hoping you would join the club and start making videos, been a fan of your work forever, would love to stop by and check it out one day…..thanks dude
Thanks for the continued motivation. Seeing your work, and being able to watch through these videos played a huge role in encouraging me to try it myself. Albeit on a much smaller, simpler scale. 🤘😎
Been a fan for some time now. Your work speaks for itself and the many skilled craftsman who have gone before you. Having said that, I would like to hop in my truck, drive out to your place, shoot the breeze and maybe go out for tacos.
Hi Larry, very cool stuff! Great explanations too. When we would do hand formed prototype panels back I the day we would layout a circle grid pattern in the flat sheet, and as we formed the panel we could measure that pattern with a flexible scale to determine the shrink and stretch. What you’re doing is really helpful stuff. Sheet-metal’s challenging but it’s also a lot of fun. When you get a nice body put together or a nice patch panel that’s complex on your car its really rewarding. Thanks for the great video!
@@lawrencegrobe431 I was just wondering how you did it to match. Everyone has their own way as I'm sure u know. I like to learn from as many quality bodyworkers as possible so I can steal your methods!

I'm curious if you make a buck or form strips to reproduce the other side to match?
I always cut my pattern and beat n roll to get a close to first side a possible

What gauge of metal are you using?
