Thank you for understanding women - I just want children so badly I have zero, zero desire to work….
I want to keep myself feminine, warm, playful, sexy and be a loving wife and mother
    I don’t have that now

I totally resonate with your statement. There's nothing more I want than to be able to be at home more with my daughter and her father and add one more child. Be a good wife and a loving mum but I had to step up and take on jobs that have me travelling and making all of this decisions while I wait for my man to be 'masculine'

I agree with everything you've shared, Jake. I'm sometimes shocked at just how passive so many males seem to be now but also incredibly naive and very fearful. I believe that's how so many atrocities have been able to take place recently due to the absence of true masculinity. I do feel for men in this society though. Don't get me wrong. I think it must be pretty hard to navigate being male in this world but thank goodness for you tackling this issue head on.

I'm shocked at what I see in my surroundings. Very very few present men around. Most of them are so distracted unfortunately, and giving in to more vices as the culture asks for it. No wonder so many women are single, waiting for the men to step up and practice healthier dating / rships habits... Its heart-breaking.

I have an office job and I do notice whenever I work in a team with mostly women, it becomes so toxic and stressful. I think there are certainly some women who thrive in this setting ofcourse (these are generalized statements), but there also seems to be a lot of women who are very unhappy in these jobs and they become so toxic and make the workplace so miserable for the rest of us who are just trying to focus on their work. I also have very bad experiences working for women managers, I have worked for one woman who was a good leader in the work place but most I have worked for end up micro-managing and manipulating and have a very stressful controlling nature, being a good leader is not in their nature for most women. I say this as a man who isn't a great leader as I lean a bit more towards a mix of energy types and am introverted, but I understand this quality is more common in men, certainly not all though.
