In the last 9 years I started a successful business, got remarried to an amazing woman, have a meaningful position at work, and have not had a drink in over 2 years. It has NOT been a smooth road. But I keep pressing and keep pushing, and keep grinding. Probably the best motivational video ever. Thank you ❤❤

Loss is the push I needed to Change. On September 3, 2016 I almost lost my life when I was stabbed in my neck from behind. Now I'm in university with the determination and motivation to change my life. Even if I have to go it alone. Just keep moving forward

My entire life, I’ve wanted to join the Army, even when I was the overweight kid I believed I could do it. Not many around me believed in me, but the few that did kept me on my feet. When I lost my dad to cancer Junior year I woke up. I knew a change had to be made if I was gonna get the future that I wanted for myself. I was 250lbs, and I lost 70lbs of that to make my dream a reality, I’m gonna be a Combat Medic, and I leave for basic in a month. We can all make it, never, ever let someone tell you you can’t do it.
Prove them wrong and make whatever goal you’ve got come true :)

@ryane8569 my brother was 68w and he didn't ever really comeback out. It's been about 10 years and he is barely getting to a semblance of normal. I know this comment was old and I didn't expect a reply but I'm happy you accomplished what you have

I appreciate the kind words, and I’m glad your brother is steadily bouncing back, it’s difficult and normal for him might be where he’s at now, but I can tell you’re great support for him and a guiding light for him to heal. I used to be 225 lbs and one day my friend showed me a picture of him and me and my face dropped... I had no idea I was so big , so I decided to change, I got new habits and now I'm down to 178 lbs! I still have a ways to go but CHANGE IS GOOD

I want to tell my story so far im a 14 year old hispanic kid in a african american hood and i want to strive and keep going no matter the punches and i could have gone to my neighborhood school but i go to a better educational school that is two hours away from my house and its dangerous everyday for me all i see is darkness and failure no one pushing themselfs usually get all A's but i think im falling because im slacking on work and i think i am going to fall but i will get back up to reach my dream and change the world for the better of everyone i dont care if it kills me because i want to pursue happiness and i will i get bullied because my straight face ,obese, and look tired i have a learning disorder i found a few mentors and i will rise above the rest and become the president of united states and first step is believing in myself and people so im crazy and why can't you be satisfied for less , why you have to do this? well i say to myself stay motivated because when you move up you got to have that inner fire and you will have competition what makes me different is i will embrace this pain AND GOD DAMNIT MOVE FORWARD because this is for me and nothing will stop me except my death i am continue on my dreams and continue to be persistant , This is Steve signing off...

I feel what you are saying my own family picks on me and they call me a fatty but I still do work outs everyday I am starting to see some gains now I use the pain to keep me going I can't is not even a word so don't ever quit or give up seeing your post makes me want to push myself even that much harder

Keep going,don't give up,most of the people around you don't belive in you,or they bully you,but that means you are on the right path budy. It’s been about 9 years since I’ve seen this video. Not sure if it will do anyone any good but during the time my high school sweetheart of 6 yrs cheated on me. I was heart broken, hated myself, working at a job that paid me only $10.59 and not even sure if i will have a future. Long story short, I self reflected for a year and tried to dig myself out of that place, realized my nieces, nephews, and family were always with me regardless. So i joined toastmasters, made new friends, challenged myself to reach new heights. Now I’m married, my current job pays over 4x the amount i used to make, and no longer do i resent what i can’t control nor myself. You really are your worst enemy at the end of the day, don’t give up and know that the universe fold to those who keep pushing forward.
Amen!!! This video also changed my life when I was at a low point… come to find out the girl I was dating for a few months was actually engaged the whole time.. was just an experiment to see if she could hook another guy before taking the plunge, well she’s now divorced lol… karma…. But I discovered this after she told the truth and it turned my life around, started working out , getting up early to run… few months later I manifested my wife of 9 years… 🙏 patience faith and proper perspective.

you are youre own worst enemy. you are living your life inside yourself. you need to be positive and love people unconditionally, you see because if there is no enemy within the enemy outside can do us no harm. have understanding and spread love and you will find youself. fight your inner demons. you have these thoughts for a reason. listen to them and fight the negative thoughts and feelings with positive loving thoughts that is how you will win and be 100 percent happy. resist the devil and he will flee from you. this life was meant to be nothing but a great dream for us to enjoy.

I never had my parents living with me and living in harsh neiborhood was bad that i was turning myself to a person that didnt want anything in life i wanted everything easy, why becuase no one belived in me. But Now am here waking early trying to but my life together ignoring everyone whoever doughted me and use as a motivation to keep going and if i fail it wont be for long errors can be fixed with hours of working hard i wont give up and you should either.
