I’ve used Muc Off All Weather Chain Lube (for bicycles and motorcycles) with great success on my Honda Rancher and Can Am Renegade steering bushings. The lube repels water so it lasts longer than WD40. Nice video!
Its pretty well know those bushings are crap. They wear out fast. Also there are o rings in the top and bottom of the bushing and it makes it hard to get lube to penetrate. I found it best to change them regularly. Once the paint wears off the stem it needs replaced as well because it will wear them out faster. Changing them will also keep the power steering working like it should.
Our 2018 Outlander's steering got stiff and squeeky after the 1st season. You can knuckbust and grease the lower bush but the upper is retardedly buried. It should /could be serviced annually due to water and grim etc. Bombardier designers should be ashamed
