Huge Blind Guardian fan. I really enjoyed your reaction. And I totally understand your explanation of a "slower love/appreciation" I was 16 when I first heard them, and a-lot of their sound was fairly "strange" to my ears. But with more exposure I began to see the genius of their songwriting and how it all comes together at the end. I hope you do more BG reactions in the future. \m/ \m/
Congratulations for the channel and for the choice. Traveler in Time was my first Blind Guardian`s song in 1990. The lyrics talking about Frank Herbert`s "Dune".
The first song I heard from them almost 35 years ago was Banish from Sanctuary. It is the first song from their second album. Please listen to it. Here you can hear how much power Blind Guradian used to have. A song that, in my opinion, is unmatched by Blind Guardian to this day. As always, a wonderful reaction from you both. Keep it up. 👍
Honest, mellow and friendly. A nice channel from two nice people. Thank you for your reaction videos. One can see that it's coming from your heart (and mind of course). I am fed up with all these fancy and self-important people and their (mostly) fake reactions. Keep up the good work. Cheers!
Nice one, Blind Guardian is one of my all time favorite bands. They lost a bit popularity over the last decade. But they are extremely good. Saw them sadly only one time live, many years ago, a lot smaller location like all those videos on UA-cam. But it was a happening. If you like them, you should also check out the band Gamma Ray. Maybe with the song Heaven can wait or many other good songs. Like your videos a lot, they way you act in your videos, gives a nice feeling to the viewers. Keep on going.
...Also, here I'd say you have to catch up with BG too :) Especially everithing until 2004's Live DVD, with the old drummer Thomen Stauch. And be aware - Kai Hansen worked with them as well, in the first 4 albums, I'll leave it to you to find out where ;) 👍
I'm a big fan of your reactions. So I'm very interested what do you think and feel about the song "Ren" by Ren. It's so impressive, unique and outstanding what this guy is able to do. All the best from Germany 🇩🇪 Petra
Please, check Yanni (love is all) with the late Vann Johnson. I have seen many emotional reactions in your channel, but I have a feeling this one will top them all. Thank you.
This song is off their 3rd album from 1990 and the performance is from 2003.2 other great songs from this album are Lost In Twilight Hall and Last Candle, although the whole album is amazing and definitely one of their best 3 albums to date
BG at their peak!
