      Will it take 6 months before it's possible to join after this round? I don't have money for it until June, but I really want to join.

    Andrea and Hannah, you're stories resonates so much with me. 14 years, issues with increasingly more foods each year. Down to beef patties at the worst, up to 10-15 foods now. Scared of oxalates, salicylates, histamines... Seems like this group course will be just what I need to get my fear taken out of eating. So much conflicting info online...

    Still watching but this is great. Hearing from others who struggled and suffered as much as I am right now with all these things and that they found relief is so helpful. Relating so much to their past experiences with where I am now. Just started with a dietitian who focuses on the gut and immune system and hoping things work out but if they don’t, I will definitely be trying to work with you!

    I have gut issues and insomnia. I can’t seem to fall asleep and can only tolerate very limited variety of food. I started eating ketovore, felt really good with that and bad. It’s not sustainable for me to eat that way, and feel like it’s not living to be this sensitive with food and feeling fatigued and depressed all the time. I hope my issues could be resolved 🙏

    The Sibo yogurt you mentioned is from Dr. William Davis. It’s in his book Super Gut

    Omg! I had the low kidney blood test because of dehydration and I drink bottled water all day and night. I will not leave the house without a water in my hand! The levels were so low that it would be like stage 3 kidney failure. If you had real kidney problems they said. But then I drank a lot of water. Got some fluids at the hospital and I went back up.

      I’m at the stage right now. I don’t know what to eat. I’m afraid to eat like they talked about. I lost 13 pounds which is not good because I’m not overweight. I also saw another video of yours that I got pancreatitis from it. None of the G.I. doctors knew it was even possible. They hospitalized me for pancreatitis and they took test and everything came back fine besides the blood test.

    The more starchy foods you eat the more sugar you crave, magnesium seems to eliminate sugar cravings.

    The letter “g” followed by the letter “i” makes the “g” soft. So “giff” would sound like “jiff.” Lol. Just had to say it! ;)
    Also, I just learned the FDA controls what probiotics determine a product is called "Yogurt". So...there are limited probiotics found in commercial yogurt.
    I do not think those controls exist with Kefir. I just recently went out and bought all the commercial Kefirs I could find. Put a sampling of everyone of them into my crockpot with fresh goat milk and prebiotic powders. I use an Inkbird external temperature control to keep the temperature around 100 degrees. The "Superblend" Kefir matured over 24 hours. I am drinking it now.

      Yep, fostering health OCD/hypochondriac tendencies, and doom thinking because it is selective for bad experiences because not many make posts about how great they feel on a given day. Bad for nervous system, which regulates everything, including GI health, immune system, etc.

    I had forgotten what it feels like to feel good. Now on low fodmap I’m feeling good for the first time in years. However I am struggling with reintroduction of the foods I eliminated. Thanks for the video.

    • @Ruktiet
      @Ruktiet 5 місяців тому

      Reintroduce slowly and only when your psychological and physiological stress is LOW. Enough nutrition, enough sleep, enough sunlight, enough walking/hiking, enough positive vones from friends/family. Assuming you don’t have an actual diagnosed known medical condition, only then try to reintroduce. Again; slowly. Veeeery slowly, starting with a tiny amount and building up to larger amounts. And don’t get OCD around food. Try to not care about symptoms and be accepting of symptoms. Don’t fear them. Let go.
