Great choice and good job with sos sikit. I've always ask for three drips of chilli sauce because I don't like the sweetness of chilli overpowering the taste of beef patty. Here, we don't consider changing the quantity of ingredients as an insult to the chef..it is always our choice

You guys were absolutely right when I noticed you asked for less sauce. To me a burger's main selling point is the taste of flavors from the meat, meat comes first and others are add ons to enhance the flavors. Many, I mean many Ramly Burger stalls in Malaysia like to drown the burgers with too much sauces (whatever they used) making them messy and in that process reducing, overlaying and overpowering the meat taste. Burgers aside, Malaysians stalls in general use too much sugars especially in drinks so make sure you ask for less sugar too. Since it's a multicultural country, the Chinese stalls tend to use lesser sugars (in general) so everytime you order any drinks just don't forget to tell them "less sugar". Having said that, in general, foods are really really good.
I luv Ramly Burger so much...but every time I will ask the burger man not to put any souce at all...just add more black paper souce, myo, and cheese...that will much tastier than ever..

The beef patty is standard and known as the Ramly burger, but each stall has their unique style and recipe fir the sauces and additional items, some add pineapples, some grilled onions etc. There are good and there are average stalls..
