I just recently decided to check out Tom's channel and I am hooked! The guy is sooo talented! my fave videos actually are the ones where he hangs out at Gruhn's....just love that! but I love them all...he is such a cool guy! My type of sense of humor!
I do think there are several more channels that are worth featuring with a deep dive video Leland Sklar, and Tim Pierce. Both have great information and share interesting behind the scene facts.
But does he take his amp apart? Sorry i had the right to remain silent but not the ability..

Just a fyi for everyone , UA-camr, Otis Gibbs , has several interviews with Tom B . On his channel.
Otis is such a great storyteller and gets such great people with other great stories too. Things you will not hear ANYwhere else!
Congrats on FRET buzz 2.0! Starting with such a great episode! My son and I look forwards to each and every episode that Tom puts out! My wife loves to listen to his open jams! I would love to suggest his album w/Dean DeLeo called TRIP THE WITCH! Instrumental guitar wonderment! BTW, Casino Guitars would be another Channel I watch with every drop!

The internet should do something for Uncle Larry ... Get tony Levin and peter Gabriel to reach to him for some gig... Deep in his heart He's a prog guy, He repeatedly said it would be a dream for him...
“Uncle Larry’s hearing test” may be the peak of the wave for me. As a guy that teaches “technical ear training” to youngsters hoping to be audio engineers someday, the depth and nuance of the details he gleans from his perception is just stunning. “Aw that’s GOT to be the Klon. Turn it off!” THAT generated a literal spit take.
It’s also the vid that made me immediately spend 60 clams on Reverb due to him anointing the pedal he previously disliked as his favorite.
There’s also his DEEP understanding of harmony that’s evident when he just “messin’ around” that smells like a complete pre-ordained and well considered composition. Like yourselves, I could go on for hours.
But, if you really want to get some mind blowing goin on… Seek out the clips wherein he’s noodling with the Duesenberg benders.

I love all types of Uncle Larry videos, but check out the ones with session keys giant Gordon Mote… I have watched the one titled “piano magic” a zillion times
I've been watching uncle Larry for a couple of years, always enjoy it. He's one of the guys I'd most like to sit and have a beer and a chat with.

Larry is the man. Best channel
Man’s a national treasure
Look, Tom is an okay player and seems to be a great guy but i just dont think he is doing as well as everyone thinks. He cant even afford a new guitar. He just plays all these old, beat up Gibsons and Fenders and junk. He even has to make his own parts for stuff because they dont work good. Half the time his amp is even older than the guitar! I am gonna start a fund to get him something decent like a fractal or kemper or sumpin'.
Love the man. It’s more than a guitar format. Way more. We even learn how to slow cook, with a crockpot. I view myself as a true disciple.😎✌️
I’m liking the 2.0 version….but I’m suspecting version 3.14 will be even better….lets just hope we don’t have to wait forever to find out.,.(cue rim shot)
I caught on to Uncle Larry early on during the Corona Lessons and have watched every video he's made. Even though most of the actual lessons are above my pay grade, I'm a bedroom plinker and will never be anything else, I love watching him play and the chats are fun. I put his channel as one of my top three guitar channels along with Guitaristas for budget gear reviews and of course Casino Guitars.
