It’s really beautiful! That kind of bag is going to crease because it’s soft and quilted. I don’t think it’s a design flaw, it’s just the nature of the bag. The size works great on you. I think maybe it wasn’t as popular of a style, and I don’t know why because it’s practical and luxurious. Enjoy! 💕

Are you sure that is not a fake bag? The quilting is not even on the sides and the chip is scratched...be sure before keep it, please !!!!
