How would you compare the Pro peel to the Pizza Party peel? I am thinking of switching like you did.
The Pro peel looks and feels a lot nicer and is much more professional grade. The pizza party one works fine but the Pro is great looking
I didn’t hear whether this review was sponsored. Was it? Sounded like an advert to me, down playing any negative aspects.
They did send me everything at no cost to test and review but this wasn’t a sponsored video! Not a lot of negative about any of these products. Really the only thing I wasn’t the biggest fan of was the utility turning peel. I prefer a lighter weight to aluminum one for making pizza. This one’s good for other things like moving pieces of wood or cast-iron skillets, etc.. It’s a little too heavy for me.
Great video. Can you confirm the depth of the booster. I think the manual is wrong as it shows the depth of the arc. This is importantly as my counter has a lipped back so the arc won’t fit on it and I suspect using the booster it will. No answer from gone support so thought I’d ask UA-cam legends!

Geez. Makes me glad that I bought an Ooni pizza table when I bought my Roccbox. It's 55" tall, so the perfect height. I quickly bought an Arc XL when it came out, and it fits on the table. The Roccbox has been relegated to storage at the moment. Might gift it to one of my kids if they're interested.
Thanks for watching, I don’t think that any tables 55 inches tall that would be crazy high. The website shows it at 36 inches which is the standard height for a counter. I agree the higher up the oven the better.
The booster is a must and i have mine on the Ooni table too which makes it the perfect height. So funny, but I had a play with the Arc XL and my old Ooni Pro at thr samw time and put the Ooni on bricks just to get it to a better height. I cant believe i used to bend down to use it on the Ooni table for so long.
I felt the large Gozney peel was way too expensive and bought the Ooni one for the Arc and it is excellent. I already have the Ooni turning peel which is brilliant

You could probably make it fit, but it wouldn’t be the best. You really don’t need the booster for the rock box cause it already sits up pretty high even on a standard counter top

When can i the arc mantel buy? In the german manual can i read on page 28 this. Nobody knows it in German. I buy the arc last week. Greetings vom Germany🧑🦯
I am not sure when they will have supply, i still do not have the mantle either and haven't heard when it will be available again. From what i understand is that they shipped all of their current supply to their US resellers grillworkssupply.com/products/gozney-arc-mantel
