Brother I am having same speced nitro 5 and I am getting similar fps but face a second hang kind of at times .. like heavy speed crash (nfs heat) or speeding through trees and all.( In ultra settings) could that be coz of. 8gb ram single channel and hdD and not ssd,?

I have a question about a laptop asus fx505gt 16gb ram and i5 9300h 1650 gtx, its fan accelerates after a while running normal then it goes down to 2500 rpm or it turns off then normal and then it slows down and so ... is that normal? it's new
With this video card you could also play doom smoothly with a nightmare setting without problem
Nightmare (preset) -> 6254 MiB VRAM
Ultra nightmare (preset) -> 6766 MiB VRAM
High + Ultra / Nightmare mix is possible (custom settings)
you can but problem is that laptop will get too hot after playing for hours on such high graphics

Order mine today after a few days of searching for the right gaming laptop for me. This was hands down the winner, cost me £949, I had a custom built alienware r3 for the past 8 years and know my machines inside out. This laptop is upgradeable which is a massive bonus compared to other models within a 1k budget. I could of bought a 2k system but I'm looking to do light gaming now as I dont have the time i had in my younger years. Anyone looking a kick ass gaming laptop, this is the one. My list came down to HP Pavilion, Acer Nitro 5, HP Omen and an MSI. Hope this helps

Got one myself, it's honestly phenomenal. I'm likely just gonna add a fat 4TB 2.5 HDD and another 8 GB stick of RAM and it'll be a super solid tight 15 inch laptop.
@@Ar10ahmed woops, the graphics card on this video is a bit better than the one I linked, not toooo extraordinarily better though. Maybe like a 20-25% upgrade. All up to you, personally I just plan to use it at 1080p and the GTX 1050ti will perform more than fine in 1080p.
I got mine in argos, cost 949 and next day it dropped to 849 so I live chatted and got the difference back lol beast of a laptop absolutely worth the money

hey man, i have similar specs except single channel 16gb ddr4 ram and gtx 1650, i5 9300h. however, i having serious issues with cpu temperature. it spikes upto 92-95 while gaming. could you suggest how to lower cpu temperature? i am not sure if i want to change thermal paste as that will void warranty i guess.
