for a regular conductor there must be a potential difference across a conductor then only the current will flow, superconductor is a special type of conductor. It was seen that once the current started flowing Inside the superconductor even after the removal of voltage source the current kept following for an year! N this can only be possible when there is no power loss or voltage drop. from the equation it's also true. So, as of now you can concider -for superconductor it's possible. -for regular conductor its not!!
