At the end of the series they work together again, and I always wonder for how long, cause the relationship was always conflicted.

It doesn't matter how long because at the end, they will have done something together. Even when it ends, it will be all fine because they will be better because of it. They may try again to create something together, nobody knows. But that's the beauty of it, that we, the audience, gets to decide what happens to their relationship and how long it will last.
