I know him so well is a song from the musical chess. Originally sung by Elaine Paige and Barbara Dickson. Both being musical royalty in the UK.

Not my era of music, but remember them from the late 90's in the job I used to do. Never heard them sing this song before though, so have listened to something different from them today.

More Steps please. What the future holds, Father's eyes, Scared of the dark, Heartbreak in this city and Story of a heart are other GREAT songs!

Steps are a fairly competent group. Put together as a dance / singing group. First song was a line dancing speciall. There is a reaction I'd like to see you do..., Alfie Bob, Bring him home, from Les Miserables. I've seen him do it live twice.., one of the best performances I've ever seen.

Hi Squirrel you should recognise the song. You reacted to Peter Kay and Susan Boyle covering this song for Comic Relief. ( a far better rendition in my opinion) 🐿️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Tony reacting to Steps…….what has the world come to…….🤦🏼‍♂️
Peter Kay & Susan Boyle did a version of this song (dressed as Elaine Paige & Barbara Dickson) for Comic Relief, also when Susan Boyle first appeared on Britains Got Talent and Simon asked her who she wanted to be like, she replied Elaine Paige.
As for Steps, they were a big manufactured Pop Group from the late 90’s who for a few years were everywhere…..

Has your party atmosphere gone a bit flat or AWOL? People looking bored and wanting to die a death? Then just…put Steps singing “Tragedy” on at any home grown party/disco…. Watch people get up, dance, do the actions, have a good bop …. Guaranteed!! Want to start a conga? Put a Steps song on! (Apart from I Know Him so Well…nah… hasn’t got that naff “dancey vibe” to it 😂 )
At a party, after a few drinks and a slice of quiche and a prawn vol au vent… bopping to Steps songs is the “bees knees” (until you remember “what you did to that very/any song” the very next day… 😳🫢🥺😁)
