Mine is on a truck! Can't wait! I'd been discussing with my wife to replace the succession of hand-me-down electrics. I *really* wanted the convenience of Pellets vs "Slave to Sticks". I also wanted a lasting product as my frugal friends have had many sub K smokers rust out. So wife was primed for > 1K. I was concerned about the smoke with most - then ran across this LSG. The USA made, heavy steel, uniform cooking, smoke profile program, and multi-step all sold me. So I ordered Jan 14th and it's set to deliver tomorrow. Can't wait! Only next thing is driving some rebar and welding a ring for an anti-theft anchor point.
Congrats brother! I ordered my 20x42 last month and I hope it's here by October like they said. Everything I have seen and heard about this smoker has been nothing but 5-star and A+++, so I am pumped about my decision! You should post an update once yours is delivered and you season it and do your first cook. Good luck and happy BBQing!
With a doubt "Lone Star Grillz" make great smokers and pellet grills. Quality and long lasting to the point you can pass it down to the next generation.
I have a smokefire (it’s crap) and I want to upgrade. I was looking into buying the new timberline xl but after seeing your pellet smoker…I’m sold, take my $$$!!! I will be ordering one soon. Thank you Chris.
I have Camp-chef pallets grill I don’t really like cheap materials low low quality leaking all the smoke 💨 some times don’t even put any smoke on food:( and is not cheep with all accessory I paid around $-1,700 :( and don’t recommend to any one :( and I used to watch Yoder 640 before I found lone star grillz :) Sow I decided to get lone star :) I just ordered one 20x42 Pallet Smoker from Lone Star Grillz :) I was looking at his grills for a while :) finally decided to get one ☝️:)
Hey Chris…I’ve watched several Lonestar pellet grill videos from Smokey Ribs BBQ and Southern Coastal Cooking. When they open their Lonestar cookers, smoke is just rolling out. In this video I don’t see any smoke coming out. Why is that?
At some point, could you do a more technical video? One that explains the reasoning of the fire pot on the side, why the stack is so tall, etc. Out of all of the pellet grills, it seems like you, Yoder and Louisiana are the ones with the offset fire pot. Great looking pits!!
I hope these grills are going to be around in a year or so. We will be moving south hopefully sooner, and I don’t want to move another smoker across the country.
Hope you ship to NJ. I think i found my first smoker. Also i wonder from customers if they are finding they need a smoke tube for more smoke. Also is there a seal around the lid?
Man I want one ☝️, 20x42 I have Camp chef I don’t liked:( The metal is tin and leaks everywhere :( And who I make briskets burns the briskets under :( and not even cooking
They don't get hot, so it doesn't matter. Curing the paint with heat is what kicks in the heat resistant properties of the paint like Chris said. Cold parts are just simply painted.
That's the best looking pellet grill I've ever seen.
Thank you

Put the grill in the garage and leave the wife's car in the driveway

Wow, I've yet to see a pellet grill that didn't have a big temp difference from one side to the next. Very impressive Chris!
Thanks 👍

I was wondering the same thing.
Man I need one of these for my channel!!

I’m so excited about getting my pellet grill!! Can’t wait to season it in! What size pit is this in this video?
Hopefully that's my next smoker with those 8 inch big tires
I hope these grills are going to be around in a year or so. We will be moving south hopefully sooner, and I don’t want to move another smoker across the country.
Already planning Thanksgiving turkey on the new grill!

@@smokefathersbbq I started out at #229 on the waiting list about a month ago... Already down to #62.... This will be a nice addition.
@@Chris-wp3ew They just sent me a notification that I can order the smoker now. However, I bought a Traeger Timberline 850 a couple of months ago lol.
@@smokefathersbbq I've been running a Grilla Grills pellet smoker for a few years and it's time for an upgrade!
How do you cure the paint on the hopper, legs, and other places that won't get hot?

@@SmokyRibsBBQ Thanks!
