Why does the motor link you provided only sell 20" wheels? Aren't the revv1 wheels 16"?
Instead of removing the 2 screws from the battery/controller door. Possible you could have flipped all 4 screws around so the nut faces out and the beveled head is inside the door. Then cover them with a little foam.
Without riding gear and torque plates, I’m just gonna test it out gently. 40 miles later, screaming with excitement. 😂😂

There different width bottom brackets to push that crank away from the tire. Also, if your chainring has allen bolts, you can use spacers to push the chainring out.

On that washer on the rear wheel take a thin piece of cardboard with the exact hole that the spindle is and push it around we're supposed to fit and take a pin in market where you want to get it removed it's the same thing as making a template but first you need to get your moc up and when you got that square lay it over the washer and cut out what you don't need
Simple as that oh and another thing don't use a Dremel go to harbor freight and get one of those $10 hand grinder and grab your washer with a pair of vise grips that way you don't cut off your fingers or cut your hand get a little bucket of water and dab it in there now and then while you're grinding to keep it cool 😎 haha that's the easiest safe way to do that

Id love to do this but I won't make the time. I get too impatient for stuff like this and then even after many run into issues and have to take it apart again to see what broke.
Having just gone through my own 72v conversion on a different bike I can say this is a great video! For my chain, I had to take the derailleur off to fit the torque arms so I’m just riding on the smallest 14t gear of the freewheel and then I shrunk the chain down and it fortunately fit perfectly. If it wouldn’t have fit I would’ve added a link and gone up to the 16t. There’s not a whole Lotta peddling going on though lol 😂
FYI a 120/70 16 shinko fit mine fine.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah sometimes things don't fit. Just need the chain for legal reasons. I wish they made a 120/80/16. > like the taller tire but a tad wider would be dope. I think they do make that size. I think that would have looked dope.
Killer build. I used a similar NBPower kit on my fat tire bike. It is scary fast. I got it up to 54 mph without going full throttle. I'm not sure max speed. It scared me a little.

Did you take the Shinko to a shop to install because man I can't install the shinko without damaging the rim.
Mine has marks from the tire levers. It's a painful job

I love all of the reviews. I’m trying to trade in my Hey Bike, Mars series one for a ride one bike. I need more power 20 miles an hour just is not doing it over here. Washington DC more power.

With all the vents in the cage it's perfectly fine. The motor on the other hand is cooking.

You should have some kind of stand to hold that bike up just something simple
I was thinking about if you put the wheel on a vise but you would need a bench
That way it would be up high and you don't have to work on the floor

That frame is easy to make a battery that fit in, probably a 40ah.
What's the noise in suspension time? I have this problem.
The arrow, on the tire is showing it's revolving in the wrong direction. You'll have to flip the tire !

No. Batteries can't handle anymore than 40 amps.

Instead of cutting that cage piece off I would have drilled a hole for the round piece to fit in there perfectly that way you wouldn't have had to cut the cage. I'm just saying

I have a question for you. If I bought this scooter could I use my 52volt 26ah,battery from my kickscooter.. It is made for a dual motor but the controller is one single plug.I think 30 amps to each controller.But still couldn't I just use it?Instead of the original battery for more range?
If you don't know the continuous amps, just try it and see if the bms kicks off. Stay close to home... If it does kick off, just put it on charge and the bms will turn back on.

Can someone please lean me one way or the other toward getting a FS or DRT. Their website says the rear rack is not compatible with the DRT model. What are the major differences other than the Rear Suspenssion and tires? I really wanted that rear rack on there if anyone knows of any good 3rd party ones I would definitely just go with the DRT model ugh why do they have to make this decision so hard.
the DRT is a longer and since the rear rack attaches to the top and bottom of t he frame i bet the part doesnt line up to the new extended frame. This has spoked wheels instead of mag wheels. bike is lighter. thru axle up front. different front forks. different rear suspension. different seat. Drt is taller. only downside is no turn signals on the drt. the headlight is non adjustable on the drt and you dont get full fenders
Since the C3 Strom Deluxe and this bike are similar in many ways do you believe i could use this guide to turn my C3 to a 72v system
Finding a proper battery to fit in the C3Strom's framespace might be a hassle
Yeah. You just gotta figure out a custom battery and we're to mount the controller
Its possible you can do it to a C3 Strom if its FS. But how like Anthony had mentioned the framespace would be the issue or you would have to invest into a custom battery to be made for it. C3 Strom

That's weird that they put the motor's quick disconnect somewhere it's not easy to get to. It kind of defeats the purpose.
It's a cleaner setup but makes it more of a pain when u got a flat for sure

It's a high end custom battery. You can get others just get your dimensions correct and order something.
hi there i need some advice i have an ep2 pro ive changed brakes to hydraulics from the mechanical ones now i tried to change the throttle to the thumb throttle but it will not work this is the second throttle ive bought and no joy can any one help.
Some thumb throttles don't communicate with the stock controllers. Look at the numbers or model number on your original one and see what replacements will work for that model.

There are many different hub motor kits. Most common ones are the 5000w and 3000w. He indicated he's already installed the 5000w a few times before so he wanted to switch it up
