Can you grow them form seeds? I don't know where to look for cuttings here in Florida.
Yes, can also grow from seeds and in fact they develop a stronger root system when grown from seed so if you can that is a great option.
Hi Can we make fermented plant juice from the gliricidia leaves ?
Never heard of anyone doing that before but I donʻt see why not. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for your great videos and I want to ask about the age of your Gliricidia trees in this video?how fast they can grow?
Thanks, the tree is about 1-2 years old in this video. They grow fast!
we need seed s in South Africa please
I know this tree is grown quite a bit in some places in Africa. Not sure if by seed or cutting
I can export GLIRICIDIA fertilizer
Actually too many leaves still left on those cuttings. Should be just the top few.
Hi. I heard that mango trees don’t like carbon! I don’t know if that is true or not.
I know they sequester a lot of carbon from the atmosphere, not sure about in terms of soil and nutrients though
I bought some seeds, but the saplings look like ha’ole koa. Was I ripped off?
I think so. The leaves look the same on gliricidia whether they are young or older.
@@EatAndBeEatenHAWAII Shucks! Not what I wanted to hear. MAHALO!!!
Is this tree effective against rat?
How do you mean?
@@EatAndBeEatenHAWAII i heard that .. rats didn't came near to this tree
@@avijitgoswami3082 O interesting. Could be true, I cant say I have ever seen rats in them.
Yes. I heard from a farmer that if you make paste of the leaves and needs to keep in bait, if rat eats it, it will die. It is poisonous only for rats.
@@visheshapuranika740 Interesting. Maybe I will try that for rats on the roof.
