The Star Wars books with the diamond and the white barcode box are reprints (as you stated).🙂 Marvel Saga is a great series. Seeing all those Marvel books with bags and no boards is like being in my former LCS many years ago. (I still think they don't board the books) 😮
Those comic books with the diamonds are Whitman reprints. They do hold some value, but not nearly as much as the original believe it or not. They were printed not that long after the originals today I think they would be more looked at as 2nd prints.
I dig the box pick up but for another $60 you could have two long boxes which to me would be a better deal. It sounding like the vendor said $200 for both boxes but then again I don’t know what was in the other long box. I heard the Star Wars show on Disney got bad reviews. I believe it’s based on Marvel High Republic Star Wars run which is set way before the rise of Luke Skywalker. My understanding the storyline was overly woke which is a huge turn off for most movie/ty viewers. You got a lot of work re-bagging and boarding those books. Good luck!
That’s very true. That second box was mostly comics I never touch. They were non super hero modern comics that I don’t have much interest in. Still, it probably was a great deal

Hey Chris. You could easily rebag and board these books, and create a $3 box with a buy 10/$25 and 20/$40, and make a nice profit. Good stuff buddy.

The ones with the diagonal lines on the bar codes are direct copies, not news stand, but I'm sure you already knew that.

The diamond and blank bottom left means it's a Whitman reprint. Sold in sealed bundles of comics.
