    Thanks for this review! What stopped me from buying it was the HDMI port requirement. My iMac doesn't have such port and using adapters reportedly gives mixed results. Maybe Huion will re-release 16PRO with USB C in the future.

      You’re welcome! That’s Interesting! My computer has an older motherboard so I don’t use the usb c for it, but I would never think it had issues! Thanks for the info.

      But you don't need an HDMI port, look this video:

    the 4k 16 pro plus is even better, but agreed huion is hitting it out of the park with these amazingly cheap and powerful tablets.

    • @MangaMikeLee

      I made a compromise with myself to get this one for now... I almost got the 4k! The next one I really want to get, probably in a year or two is the 4k 24 inch model :D. Happy drawing!

      @DainiusArt 10 місяців тому

      @@MangaMikeLee very true, 4k is better on 24 inch, not 16. Yesterday ordered 16 Pro 2.5K, can't wait to try for photoediting and learning to draw.

      I did just get the 24 inch 4k version of this tablet... it's really incredible. Would still argue not 100% necessary for a 16 inch and honestly it's a little overkill for the 24 inch too lol.@@DainiusArt

    do you recommend this or the xpen artist pro 16 2gen?
    and how is the huion 2.5k in the compare with the huion 4k? all 16inches ( I found discount for 4k almost same price as 2.5k)

    • @MangaMikeLee
      @MangaMikeLee  10 місяців тому +1

      I haven’t had the opportunity to try the xppen artist pro 16 yet, my experience with xppen though was somewhat not great i comparison to huion. To be honest I know people rave about 4K but it’s really just a luxury. There’s not going to be that big of a difference especially with a 16 inch tablet.

    Hello! What you think : i have a wacom ctl671 2016, now i want buy some new graphic screen tablet,watching some Huion Kamvas 22+ and Xppen art 22 (2gen). It's a cool big screen BUT i think - fullhd quality doesn't good for work on this 22 inches ,it need about 2k and more...
    So, i watched this video,should i buy this tablet instead of these 2 variants?
    Thank you.

    • @MangaMikeLee
      @MangaMikeLee  Рік тому

      So I absolutely love this tablet! It’s incredible idk if you’ve ever experienced drawing on an iPad, but this is very similar to that. I haven’t used the Kamvas 22+ so I’m not sure how it stacks up against this tablet. But I can say that having the 2.5k screen leaves little to no pixelation and it’s an incredible drawing experience. I have 0 regrets getting this, I’m sure one day I’ll want a 22 inch 4K tablet but for now this is perfect for me and I would highly recommend it.

    The only thing negative about the side key is I can not do key combinations. (Only Physical key combinations, it still be able to create virtual key combo). Other wise this table display are solid.

    • @junxigeng7911
      @junxigeng7911 11 місяців тому

      The reason why I complain about this l, I think the issue is not from the tablet. It’s from the software itself. I use Zbrush it requires you use a lot of key combinations. Such as add mask or decrease mask already requires ctrl+alt/ctrl+shift.

    • @MangaMikeLee
      @MangaMikeLee  11 місяців тому +1

      To be honest I have stopped using the shortcuts on the tablet itself. I either use the keyboard or a shortcut remote. It got a little inconvenient to use the buttons. In my next review I’ll probably talk about how buttons are a bit overrated lol.

      How do you find it with Zbrush? Is the screen too small for sculpting? Is the UI also quite small on a 16inch screen or is it ok? Thanks! I am thinking of getting this os the 22 plus for 3D sculpting purposes !

    This is not a good tablet. Too much rainbow grain, and the cursor becomes offset when the pen is tilted, and the pressure variation is too much
