Wow amazing trilogy from two of the very best to ever do it.

Cool to hear we both had a similar intro to STARDOM. I was browsing joshi gifs on Tumblr, when I saw the wildest elbow drop I'd ever seen in my life and immediately knew I needed more of this in my life! That led me to STARDOM. I got by for years on whatever free matches turned up on UA-cam or DailyMotion, until We Are STARDOM allowed me to follow more regularly. Followed along without understanding the language for a couple of years, which was fun in it's own way, until I decided that I needed answers to all my questions, such as why is Maika dressed as a bear, and why is Mina eating paper? Surely there had to be someone on UA-cam with the answers. That led me to Meerkat Ultra.
I first watched Stardom in 2017 when I heard about the buzz of Kairi in the Mae Young Classic. I watched my first Stardom match which was Kairi vs Io or Mayu on UA-cam.
Threedom forever are legendary in Stardom and joshi.
Wonderful job Meerkat. Unfortunately, I just discovered Stardom about a year ago. I kept watching old videos from 20+ years ago. This was a spectacular job. All of the promotions have great entertainment to offer.
The greatest trilogy not just in STARDOM but womens wrestling ever IMO. The trilogy that defines Io Shirai at her absoloute most god tier and why she is the best womens wrestler of her genration and the trilogy that made Mayu into The Icon and my favourite matches in STARDOM ever. And the reason this feud is so perfect is not just the unreal matches they had but also the story of how Io looked at Mayu as weaker than her and all their matches built on this , not many outside of Joshi fans know that Io stepping on someone before going for her moonsault came from this entire thing as a signal to how she looked at Mayu as beneath her it is not simply something she does but a great amazing piece of storytelling from Io and then there is Io's heel turn where that all comes full circle it is so much more than just the matches and I look forward to the day when they get to do this again. Another fantastic video MeerKat...maybe do one for Io Vs KAIRI while not on the level of this trilogy they had brutal matches together...which one sadly resulted in a really nasty concussion for KAIRI.

There 2nd match was how it got into stardom been a fan for about 8-9 years their 3rd one id put up there with Manami Toyota vs Akira Hokuto, its also WWE spent years trying to get Io to join them,i do wish io was the Aggressive girl boss she was in stardom before joined WWE before story lines and script writers but what a rivalry, two legends

Wow!!!! Who's the female professional wrestler in the world! I'd say any great Joshi can be consider as the best! But Now It's always argue Io or Mayu! AllThough there is Giulia, Tam Nakano, Mina Shirakawa, Saya Kamitani and etc girls from Joshi scene! So we all agree that Joshi women are the best!

I've been thinking this for a while, but if there was a case for the "greatest joshi of all time," is there anyone other than IYO? With how many championships she has won in Stardom, the countless title defenses, and her journey that's still continuing till this day in WWE. Is there anyone that even comes close?
