I know this is an older build series from a couple years ago, but I love watching these. New Sub man. BTW I love the Enduro build you did. That truck looks nasty and wicked.
Awesome, thank you! I figure if these build videos help out people, then it was worth my time! 🤙
These build series are clutch man! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you! Thank you! Keep up the good work!
Glad you like them! I've got some more builds coming for this year! 🤙
Agreed!
I'm getting this kit next week. I'm still kind of new to all this and shocks are still my weak point. Thanks for the video! Do you fully compress your shocks before you put the caps on? I did an SCX10 II build kit and already know I have to pull the shocks off and redo them lol.
Don't fully compress them, just compress them enough so that the piston is still under the oil without risk of air getting under the piston while you put the cap on. Once you lightly put the cap on, you can proceed to squeeze out any excess oil if needed while making sure that the shock shaft stays int he compressed position and doesn't pop back out to extended position while sealing the cap.
@@RevolutionX Gotcha! Thanks man!
Sucks if you don't have an e-clip tool
LOL! Yes it does. I've gotten used to it though. I'll probably pick one up eventually.
