At this point of history yes am still sad it’s gone but at the same time look how every other company cause and effect they had good stuff with them but overtime it was becoming the opposite.
You know what? We should be thankful that the CNS building wasn't demolished at all during the end, and instead got it's space taken by another entertainment company.
Also, I think them having a painting of Jake the Dog shows that the people at HPC knew how much the CNS building meant to many of us out there, and thus wanted to keep a small piece of the former's memorabilia for legacy purposes.
I was expecting they wouldn’t. And I was right.

Even though it's sad to see Cartoon Network Studios closing down, the new Hollywood production center company sounds interesting to be honest.
Yeah but don’t worry, the studio itself isn’t going to close operations, it will continue to operate in a different building which is located at the Second Century Development along with WBA since WBD announces about merging both of these studios last year during or after the layoff incident.
I don’t see how that’s good news. They replaced it with a generic brand.

Why would they? It doesn’t belong to HPC. The Cartoon Network employees probably took parts of it home with them.
Thank goodness they're keeping the building around, but it definitely sucks that CN no longer has a presence there.
It's really sad that the old CN building is going away, but I've come to terms with it. What I'm praying for personally, is for the stairwell art to live on in some shape or form. Maybe they could leave that part of the building unchanged, have it be a sort of tourist trap? Or maybe carefully deconstruct it & sell it to a museum? Really, anything but painting over it or tearing it down! At least, if it does get painted over, there's a chance the artwork can be recovered one day, like an old roman painting...
Adventure Time, We Bare Bears, OK K.O., Summer Camp Island, Craig of the Creek, so many genre defining shows came out of this building.
Rip CN Studios, here's to many more shows from the new building.

Me either I mainly watched Nick mainly because my cable provider didn’t provide Cartoon Network until 2010 and was 11 at the time but did watch Cartoon Network and adult swim some when I finally got the channel

I hope they keep the other cartoon network memorabilia somewhere in the building besides the portrait of Jake the dog
I've seen in a post on Reddit that all of CN's memorabilia from the studio was packed up and ready to be shipped off to the new WBA building. The paintings, the lobby posters, the plushies of the Bears, just about everything.

Places that usually get demolished are ones that are many years old and deteriorating to the point where it’s too expensive to keep maintaining it. Not always, but usual

It's a wonder how their animation studio is still being kept alive when they're barely original.
Well it’s official. CN has stolen the Hollywood Production Center building and never got caught. I’ve seen everything.
I really wanted it to be converted into like a museum or something…
Even though I’m upset that the original building was replaced I’m extremely happy that a new studio is keeping it intact with positive potential. Sometimes we have to move on from the past and work with the new.

Well, It’s been 23 years since CNS is living in a iconic building in Downtown Burbank after being a division of Hanna Barbera and before the death of William Hanna and the fate of Hanna Barbera as it gets absorbed to Warner Bros Animation back in 2001.
But like I said for ONE LAST TIME, the studio itself isn’t going to close operations, it’s just moving to a new location it’s like when a person who has been living in a old house for a long time since its childhood and it ends up moving to a new house but I’m glad that the building didn’t get demolished instead it got replaced with a different company, I was expecting about becoming a museum but I was wrong about it. So Cartoon Network ISN’T dead after all and NO, the channel isn’t going to shut down for that reason.
At least the building is still there. I’m not surprised it wasn’t turned into a museum.
And lastly if they’re going to do it, DON’T BLAME DAVID ZASLAV FOR THIS. Instead blame whoever was in charge of WarnerMedia because this decision was made before Zaslav even came to WBD.
@@joshuamartinez1771 Well, David Zaslav is still the worst CEO because he axes all of the upcoming and finished projects such as Batgirl and Scoob: A Haunted Holiday and he even removes all of the CN shows and other animations from HBO Max last year, all he ever wanted is money but it doesn’t help or solve any problems in order to make the company better or greater by cancelling all of those shows and movies which seems pretty wrong and also this is all AT&T’s fault to make a horrible idea to let WB merges with Discovery.

They were never out of business. The plans for relocation have been in place for the past three years. CN was just leasing the old building; this one is owned by WB.

It's sad that we lost cartoon network, but I'm glad at least there's a chance they will keep the beautiful art that the original occupants left.
At least the old building is still remembered for what it once was.

Even though I have (sadly) never seen what the building looked like, I'm just glad that the legacy of Cartoon Network Studios building will live long for as long as we live.
I'm just glad Discovery didn’t taken over the building cause Discovery's reputation hasn't been doing good since 2022.
Discovery's reputation has always sucked ever since Zaslav became CEO. He's the one who thought of putting reality TV on there in the first place, thus making all of their channels false advertising.

Animal Planet only shows one animal, that being a cat. Nothing else really.
At least Food Network is still living up to the name I guess. I can't report any false advertising there compared to the other two listed. They're still about interesting restaurants and recipes recommended by famous chefs.

For TLC it barely even feels like a “learning channel” anymore. More so how messed up people’s lives are albeit if there’s nothing else to watch I do put it on still.
And for Animal Planet, yeah it’s declined too. Especially with horrible fake shows such as Finding Bigfoot etc (really?!) The channel really declined more after Steve Irwin’s death. He was arguably the highlight of the channel, though his kids’ show isn’t too bad. But yeah the animal shows they have now aren’t very interesting (I did like “Fatal Attractions” though)
Please, the only thing that could possibly save the channel is if it doesn’t treat the new Total Drama like crap (which it’s not), provide it with an airdate in the US, and renew it for season 3
I mean people are already starting to hate the new TD because Chris’ actor got replaced. And he was replaced for a good reason.

Neither have I. From what I’ve heard is that they’re the ones who owned the CN building ever since it opened.
This reminds me of when Nickelodeon Studios in Florida was used for something else after it closed down in 2005.

Right now, Disney is doing a beta testing and added Hulu inside Disney+ for people who have both a D+ and Hulu account
Hulu has content from outside the Disney ecosystem therefore also having some CN content on there
