Kothur to penjerla village road is having a lot of residential land with petrol bunk and pnb bank. This is actually the best place to invest. It is very close to Bangalore highway and also there's a good connectivity to Maheshwaram and srisilam highway.

Kothur is also too high in prices per square yard highway facings are upto 30k to 40k per sq yards , inside 15k to 25k upto 2 to 4 kms inside , more inside means 5k to 15k... How much true ? It became kothur Municipality and R1 zone... Means ??🙏 Thanks for video presentation.

Bibinagar is very close to city That is one of the most happening area Its very close to Ghatkesara, IT Companies, Bits Pilani AIIMS . North and East are top most development zones South Side comes last despite projection is more on South but rates are constant Shadnagar and other areas are too polluted and far from city

I have been showed plot in bibinagar after payment on time, they said some stories and gave me plot in shadnagar,
Registration took 8 months for sdnr plot
Court case was filed, no NOC till now from 1.5 yrs.... I have been running behind them from long time....
