One thing i can tell you, which is a known, repeatedly recited, joke each year, the marcos who go on a 3 month Navy Seal training course in US, often say, the 3 months spend there was the most relaxing, humane and comfortable time they spend in their entire 3 years training in Marcos, such is the grueling training they endured earlier.

India Special Forces (Para SF, MARCOS, Garud, NSG,SFF,SG) all have the state of the art equipments.
They are very secrative about those, they only showcase the kits and weapons which are required to be seen.

Indian Para SF has one course where to pass they have to do a 100 km run with 35-40kg load. If you think thats tough, wait for its details, its not a flat run in low altitude, the run is in hilly terrain, where they are continuously moving up and down altitude, 100Km run with load is considered easy run by Para SF, so to test the mental aptitude, its a 10km+ 3 loop of 30 km each, making it 100km. Where as you get tired the brain all the times tells you you still need to do 2 more loop etc, a straight run in a flat area, a person can simply keep his head down and go in a trance, but each time going up or down breaks your rhythm, and loop plays mental tricks on you to sort out weaker mental guys. Nearly 50% fail in that, and many finish with bloody feet, if your boots biting even a slight bit.

*Primary weapon for marcos is Israeli IWI Tavor, they train with all kind of weaponry, but Tavor is their standard issue & preferred weapon* The 20 hrs non stop exercise daily is part of Hell Week training, so its a 7 day period only, where it is extreme sleep deprivation, where they are also regularly tested to recall various things they would have observed if mentally active, while going through non stop physical and mental torture, And the question they are required to answer, is in room with blaring dancing lights and deafening noise environment, with trainers doing everything to distract them to complete recall test within time. In training the trainers dont encourage them to complete, its the opposite, its non stop encouragement to let go of this useless trouble/ torture they are putting themselves in, just give up, sign NDA (non discloure agreement) and get back to happy life.

India didn't have mine sweeper and they use to diffuse under water mine in person.
The MARCOS was based on SEALs while the Para’s were founded and based on the SAS.

Indian Armed forces intensively focuses on Ultra runs and long speed marches.
Even Para SF and Garud SF have to run 100 kms a week with 35 kgs of battleload.
MARCOS are a notch higher than them.
My Uncle is an ex-marcos.
The minimum requirements for the physicals are 120 kms running with battleload.
100-125 pushups in 60 secs.
Apart from the physical fitness they go under intense mental training too
