I always re-solder the ch selector board ribbon and the LED itself. But when I do that I don’t jump off the solder pad as fast as I usually do. I heat them up a bit, seams to work 9 outs 10 times.

Great radios. I love those things. If you take some acetone (nail polish remover) on a Q-tip and remove the Locktite from the pivot screw on the meter you can loosen the screw and the stuck meter will work fine. Inflation is at around 3% wage growth is higher than that. employment is at near record lows, 175,000 jobs added last quarter. consumer spending is strong. So perhaps you should stop listening to the media
