Gotta say Mr. Burns, I don't fly these small quads. But I have to say I always watch your videos because of how pleasurable your format is. Love what you do sir, Ive been flying FPV drones for 11 years and it's always nice to find a channel I can reference for clients!! Thanks again man!
🎉I'm agree, i dont often using small quads, but always love to see Mr nick burns review and give detail about it... and i have pavo20 pro now, it's great quads
I’ve been watching your videos for years now and I gotta say your pilot skills are pretty amazing. I always find flying tiny whoops a little challenging. I usually fly 7” quads and I’m pretty good at it regardless whether I’m doing long range or doing freestyle but tiny whoops always makes me look like an absolute amateur. Thanks for the video. I always look forward to your videos.👍💯🙂
The classy humble Mr. Burns :"there are lots of you who don't want to fly like I fly, and I appreciate that.." Brutally honest me : "there are lots of us who wish we could fly like Mr. Burns but probably will never have such precision control at such insane speeds! indoors at that! But speaking only for me, what I APPRECIATE is that someone with such mastery skill is humble, honest, helpful enough to help a guy like me he's never met learn what it's like to fly. Anyway just my long winded way of saying thanks for the content. I enjoy your flight footage and advice but by far it's YOU and your personality that makes the whole thing work. Thanks
It's probably printed with high temperature nylon. Maybe even the fancy high temp carbon fibre nylon. The stuff seriously rivals and in some cases beats injection molded parts. Amazing stuff. Man that digital FPV looks amazing.
at 10:05 you are demonstrating the right front motor spinning clockwise. I believe that's a props out configuration. Isn't it ? The video said props in. Just trying to learn the proper terminology.
Man, looks like a ton of fun.. I hope to get DJI's 03+ stuff, someday. It's just awesome, from the hard to see analog in your yard to now...🤯 Cool video Nick...👍🏻🍻👊🏻
Nice to see something a little different. Hadr to keep props shiny as is, slung under like that makes it much harder. As always, love watching you rip about in the backyard and the review. Cheers!
Interesting quad, but I am not a fan of O3 at the bottom that many BNFs go for. They have 2 plates, they should really use them for protection of the most expensive component. I'd be curious to see how it performs with different props, as well as with smaller props and naked o3 potentially. Solid review as always!
Your right, you can tweak the gps rescue in betaflight, also utilizing sanity checks in betaflight, you can take off with no satellites(so as soon as you plug in you can arm and go) I have most of my GPS quads set to this anyway... Then if I want to just go to the back yard I don't have to wait, but otherwise I just wait until I get 6 satellites before arming👍... There are tutorials on betaflight how to or I can send you a link or explain if you can be bothered with it🙂👍....
Hi Nick, Great video and review of the NBD Savagebee 3in pusher. I'm not sure about this one, I just don't have good luck with inverted motors quads. I break props constantly with every landing or suck leaves into the motors. Flys nice though. Thanks again for the video and review of the NBD Savagebee.
Thanks for another great video Mr. Burns! I don't mean to contradictory but you have flown the original SavageBee (I watched your video). Its the analogue babytooth format quad from about 4 years ago. I suppose you mean that you haven't flown the non-pusher O3 version of the savagebee from a few months ago.
Great review! If I'm going for a cruise with a sub 250 gram w/ GPS, I take my Neo out, it's GPS is superior to standard RTH on BNF'S, and the thing only cost $250 CAD, you can't go wrong. And yes you need the goggles 3 and remote 3, but many of us 03 users already had the goggles and remote. And the Neo battery goes for 12 to 15 minutes in manual cruising around.
Those m10s are tiny, fast and accurate now. Unless it is on a whoop for flying super close, I put a gps on all my quads that have video systems aboard. It's cheap insurance. Also invaluable if you ever fly over water.
@kurtzFPV agreed, all my sub250 have dji 03 and gps, and all the sub 150's (whoops and 1inch 2s), mostly mobula 8's, ymzfpv's, any tiny hawks. And Long range, always gps.
Fantastic flying and review, Nick! Crazy looking quad!!! 😃 BTW, I just saw a 1/14 (or 1/16, something like that) rc car that you'd love... A "mustang" looking car... Guess the color. 😂 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
@ yea because I suck at fpv and I’m down grading from a 4s quad bc I don’t have good control also i brought the quad off of flywoo actual website but the tracking number is kinda weird
whoa... This is almost the exact config I have been flying for years but on Dave-Cs nanoLR frame.I call it my dual purpose because it absolutely rips on one hand but will give you 14m+ on the GNB1100 2s for a nice cruiser. The community has been sleeping on this config. I hear it talked negatively about regularly on reddit and the like. It all comes down to keeping it light. That O3 unit is heavy.
It's probably because it's ideal for cinematic flying, but you really don't want a ductless pusher for ripping? You can't do race takeoffs, rail slides are more risky, and uneven ground takeoffs could be tricky. It just looks like a prop-buster. If you really want an all-in-one cinematic/freestyle drone, a deadcat frame is prolly the best middle-ground. That said, it does look cool!
Just have your autonomous robot mower grind up those leaves and fertilize your lawn. No need to waste money and release more GHG’s to pick up and haul them somewhere else, c’mon NB 😳
You got to love the GPS feature on a very small and light weight drone. Especially after you've lost several hundred dollars worth of drones that simply fell out of the sky a half mile away into the woods and they are still there many months later. But I fail to understand why on so many of your and other's reviews of drones why you don't mention the exact manufacture and exact product item that is regarded regarding fpv goggles when you make your reviews. Newbees without your experience and/or knowledge will not know these things. Did you mention what googles you need to fly this SavageBee Pusher? And would it be the same pair of goggles their SavageBee without the word Pusher? But thank you for the entertaining drone video showing off you skills. Very impressive. But please add more detailed information on the technology and manufactures required to fly a drone. The industry is in complete chaos at the moment and appears to have always been that way and new stuff is coming out near every week requiring a different transmitter and/or a different pair of goggles. It's near insane how more complicated it is over what it could be. Just a thought...
Your mostly right. In my videos where the dvr or footage isn't 1080 I use a flight background to show the radio and goggles used. In another way there is always the opportunity to ask in the comments, which does happen occasionally. I do think its something I can work in provided I remember. 😟
@@NickBurnsFPV LOL... so much to learn and so little to explain it all. Makes newbees shy away from the sport completely. Especially, when a pair of goggles from HDZERO are near $900 with antennas they don't sale. In the US of course. Who can spend that on a wishful thinking dream that it will be what exactly what I need?
We are seeing companies offering fewer analog versions.....so many are designed around O3 now...I guess the buying market is dictating what manufacturer put forward.
@NickBurnsFPV can I just add my walksnail on a baby hawk as there are giving us drones without a fpv cameras I'm sitting here how cool it looks in analog:(
It flies a bit weighty, I wouldn't call it heavy. I find biblades don't allow me to corner like I like to, but that could be me and not adjusting enough for biblades.
Ehh another 2"-3.5" bnf/frame made especially for dji o3.... i kinda get sick of it... i tried to make 2" 2s analog drone and guess what.... no good frames and odonata is out of stock :/
Analog is only going to become harder and harder to find….consumers aren’t buying them, and Ukraine/Russia probably are. Betafpv sells 2” without the video systems. Not sure if they work with analog though. Don’t follow analog any more.
Stay away from this drone. Mine arrived defective. On first arm one of the motors began smoking. Currently in talks with newbeedrone customer support. Hopefully they do right and don't just steal my $400
Gotta say Mr. Burns, I don't fly these small quads. But I have to say I always watch your videos because of how pleasurable your format is. Love what you do sir, Ive been flying FPV drones for 11 years and it's always nice to find a channel I can reference for clients!! Thanks again man!
Ya know, i have a whoop and the draknight v2, its a 2 inch, and i Realy like it. Might be a fun Lil drone
Oh thank you so much. So nice of you and to take the time to let me know. Appreciate it!!
🎉I'm agree, i dont often using small quads, but always love to see Mr nick burns review and give detail about it... and i have pavo20 pro now, it's great quads
Good day nick! You are correct, that bottom print is standard fdm not resin/sla. Seems to be printed with a smaller layer height for some reason

Sorry, yes its props out
I put gps on everything. Mostly. It's just nice to have speed and direction/distance home available even if I'm only 50 meters away
Great review and flying. The show and tell said it all. Thanks

ah yes, I wasn't specific enough. I was thinking of the one with O3 that has the lengthy neck on it.

@gpaull2 neo only works on goggles 3.
@gpaull2 Oops, and the n3's. Forgot about the new ones.

This with 1204 8000kv motors on 2S or 6500kv on 3S would have been a good one. Gemfan 3020 are very good on 1204 motors
Would love to get this frame only so I can do my own build. great review
As always good review man!
Thank you appreciated
How far do they think this thing can go...GPS and diversity on a 2S....I would drop both of those including the prints to save weight.
Have you thought about using a quadcopter to clean out your gutters?
lol, I can't say I have. It could be a fun, albeit risky flight :)
Fantastic flying and review, Nick! Crazy looking quad!!! 😃

how many guesses do I get? hmm....guess 1 green JK
@NickBurnsFPV LOL
They have green as well! But it's really blue! Light blue! 😂
If this was a FlyWoo product, the O3 would be naked.
They do seem to be the only company that offer the nake/lite versions. Wish that would be adopted by others.
Do you plan on making a review on the GEPRC T-Cube18 Analog?
yes, but it could be a bit yet.
sooooo u have to mess up the props everytime you take off and land ?
We don't have to, but being aware will surely help avoid it.
Nick you really got me into these micro whoops man just picked up the flytimes85
Do you plan to keep the prop protection on it?
@ yea because I suck at fpv and I’m down grading from a 4s quad bc I don’t have good control also i brought the quad off of flywoo actual website but the tracking number is kinda weird

I put gps on everything that it fits... wanna see how fast I can go!
Flawless review again Nick!! Would you fly this more than the flylens 85 ?
hmm....probably not. I like the agile feel of the flylens85, this one it likely best suited for a slightly larger space than my yard.
@@NickBurnsFPV flylens85 vs flytimes85?
@@ConceptNull Yes, one in the same. I do plan to fly the flytimes without the prop protection and compare.
I like the hat too.
lol, so its not just me....good to know.
Thats alot of wind!! Micros are the best.
yep yup. Did pretty well in the gusty day
1202 11k kv motor on 3 inch props does the motor get hot? 😅
No, motors stayed cool to normal warm
So cant swap vtx to walksnail?
Sure we could, but I don't see that they offer without the O3, which I was hopeful for.
@NickBurnsFPV oh ok was curios because I use walksnail and hdzero. So I dont want to add a third protocol
