Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it

I'm so glad you posted this video Jillz. I have been OUT OF TOUCH with my feminine side for too long, and now its like I'm trying to cram everything down my throat to make up for lost time. I've been educating myself on hormone balancing (Because I realised that mine are not balanced) and there is just so much to learn and keep track of. I finished my menstruation yesterday and for the past 5 days or so I have just been so incredibly tired. I was supposed to exercise yesterday but I just couldn't make myself do it... So I thought I'd exercise today to make up for yesterday and I'm just so tired... And then I feel like I'm losing progress and then I get frustrated. Viscous circle. I have a 37 day cycle at the moment... I know that's irregular but I'm working on it. I used to have like a 60-80 day cycle!
I have closer to a 60-80 day cycle too... can I ask what you did to get it closer to 37?
@@talesfromtheroad9530 Hey there. I was on the pill, so I stopped taking the pill, firstly. Secondly, I was/am taking a hormonal balancing herbal tincture (for about 3 months), eating right/clean (no processed or junk food, snacks, chips, drinks high in sugar, etc), intermittent fasting and exercise. If you're interested in educating yourself on this then I recommend you look at Barbara O'Neil's videos. She's truly amazing. I am also using a hormonal balancing cream but Im not 100% sure about it yet. I find my body has adverse affects after using it (extremely tired/ legs are heavy). Not sure if thats from the cream or from something else, so I only use it every second or third day.
If you are going to do the cream then I suggest you educate yourself on progesterone/ diosgenin. Do not use a progesterone cream, as this will make your body lazy at producing its own progesterone and worsen your long term results. Progesterone is produced using diosgenin, diosgenin you will get in wild yam. Its better to use a wild yam cream. I know Im rushing through my answer but you will learn all this if you watch Barbara O'Niels videos.
Most importantly though, stop the pill. Its messing you up more than you think.

I would love to get your take in a video on feminine energy while dating! I'm thinking beyond letting the guy open the door and receiving compliments etc. but what about when you're actually in the thick of dating as well? Planning dates, cooking dinners and the feminine energy that would go with it if that makes sense?
