I'm using tumeric powder with rice flour for itchiness (tumeric known for its antibacterial properties) but I don't want to use only tumeric since its herb category and the concentration of using only herb can be high and too drying, so I add rice flour and mix it with water until it become thick paste before apply on the area.. I don't use any measurement though, at least in my case, it works, just give the solution some time to work itself out. However, any self made diy are up to any individuals responsibility and please do consult with doctor.

I am having rashes around my vagina and innermost thighs, i have no burning sensation while peeing but those rashes do burn a little and no discharge at all as well, so do i have fungal infection or not? I do wash my vagina too much like after every time I pee and hence my underwear is kind of wet most of the time so is that what's causing my v-itch. This v-itch stays almost all day long and almost everyday. Dont keep wearing wet underwear for long! U should change ur underwear if its too old also see to it if its cotton! Itna bhi wash mat karo sirf upar upar se clean karo water se! Menstruation ke baad thik se clean karo or sugar check karo

Use liquid lp oil available in chemist. Mix equal pure coconut oil and apply in dry outer privatate parts for itching. Do not wash Virginia evenwater, to avoid dryness.

@@baidikakim477 yes I faced the same problem but now I change my pad after every 3 to 4 hours (sometimes if flow is heavy then more frequently) and always wash before adding a new pad. Also trim your hair before your date. If possible you can switch to cotton pads but it for me it becomes messy. Also don't worry if sometimes you are lasy to change or wash because sometimes circumstances are like that but try to do these things it will make you feel good about yourself.These some measures has made my life much easier 😍😍. Have safe periods!! 💜💜
