Shayda, i just want you to know that i am so thankful for these videos. I have learned a lot of skills as i watch and paint along with you. I have come to depend on your videos to help me fill my own journal.
Thank-you that was fun...And yes qor paints are the best...I picked them up your recommendation and I've never regretted it I just fell more in love with watercolors..they really blend so beautiful I'm still new but when I started lol I had food coloring..lol
Such a joy watching you paint Shana….you got me so hooked on QoR sap green. Haven’t painted in a couple weeks due to health issues, but I plan on painting tomorrow with my new jelly qouache paint. Wanted to try watercolor and gouache paint. Have you done a video with both? Bless you for the inspiration you ALWAYS give to your subscribers!❤❤❤Take care
No, watercolour is water soluble so they can be reactivated with water. To prevent that, there are ways to seal and protect your paintings (wax or varnish) if you’re not framing them under glass. The same goes for gouache 👍🏻 Acrylics, although water based, are pigments in a polymer emulsion which repels water once dry. A long winded reply but, I hope they helps 😁
I was just laughing at myself thinking am I sane, but looking at your mixing bit on your palette the section on the left dark colours, looks like a guy with short hair , a beard showing. But if his chest can anyone else see that ? Or is it me 😂
Beautiful ❤

They are as permanent as any other watercolor. They will be reactive to water and moisture.
what is the equivalent to thelo blue on the Winsor Newton paints?
I believe it’s called Intense Blue for Windsor and Newton.
