Naše budoucnost je Evropská unie, kam patří i všechny Slovanské země, se kterými se tak spojíme. Třeba tam jednou bude i Rusko, až svrhne svoje oligarchy a začne okolní země vnímat jako rovnocenné partnery a ne poddané do jejich neexistujícího impéria.
As a born and raised American, it's heartbreaking to think of all the culture so much of us will never learn of. We never learn a lick of history from these places, but it's our duty as humans to know and appreciate each other's culture and traditions! This is why folk music is my favorite genre - no matter where it's from, it beats with the spirit of a people.
We must learn from within us. Explore what is natural and original and when you come there you will find out there is so much in common among all the world tribes. Follow your own culture, appreciate other and world will be in peace. No religion can give you what you seek. Free yourself and take your own path straight forward.

Есть такая сказка "Сампо" 1958 года по мотивам карело-финского эпоса "Калевала" , там используются мудрецами кантеле( по типу наших русских гуслей), которыми можно победить злых чародеев. The thing I notice when watching is the difference of behavior. People used to be more polite, lovely, with great manners, living in the present moment.

@J Gunnels what I can recommend is: Jar, Otava Yo, Laboratorium Pieśni, Żywiołak, Folknery, Kapela ze wsi Warszawa, Tulia, Percival (most of them are from Poland, I'm from Poland so thats why :D). There's more out there if you're willing to look.
We need a series about ancient Slavs and their wars against the steppe nomads. Slavic history has so much potential for an epic of game of thrones levels.

As an American with nearly 100% Slavic roots….I realize how much of our history is unknown here in the “new world”, even with great-grandparents having come in the early 1900’s. I agree with comments wanting “game of thrones” type shows about Slavic history.
