I have been exploring this area since 1970 and have loved every minute of it. Back in the early days there were only miners and Manson hippies living in the area. I knew both. Not that many 4Wheel drive vehicles as there are today. I’ve spent many a night at all of these places.

My favorite video, talking like me, things were eaten, and my personal favorite the diving board scene. You are awesome and gorgeous. Wish I could explore like you do. Stuck in Pittsburgh, PA area. From other videos I think we're around the same age. Enjoy your videos alot.

I'm am a older lady but back in the day I had 3 kids and we used to do things like this all the time. Keeping it simple and learning about nature. I moved from Illinois in 1989 to a super small town in central Utah. My kids rode horses. Raised sheep caught lizardd and grew up connected to the world. I love your videos it is so fun to see places through your eyes and you are hallarious ♥️

Keep up the good work, I KNOW you're going to great things in life, and it looks to me as if you're on the right track to becoming the great person you're meant to be. How I envy the freedom you enjoy in your adventuresome lifestyle. Cheers, and best wishes in all you do. Take care Sarah.

butte valley is my favorite. my family went to death valley and found out it was 49ers days. millions of rvs, campers and old people. my dad, wilber griffith, drove us into butte valley. there was water cress on the water hold where they used to lure wild mules to become dog food. watercress on our tuna sandwiches! we continued further up where there were 'do not go further' 'watch out for dogs' 'we will shoot'. the people were leary of us, but a year or 2 later we went back with a pound of sees candy. we had a blast. now i'm 65 and disabled and will never be back to my favorite place. they cant take away my memories.

Yeah the language was a little more rough at that time. She has evolved and got more civilized in a way. One can still feel her character though. No change there so she is genuine. Probably a very hot target to those serious young fellows attracted to her. No. Im too old . But this is fun to watch. She is good.

Ha ha notice my matching posterboard from life magazine..same as Bev cabin. National geo mags were my Great Aunt Genevas.
Original resident of Stellas place met a wierd fate. Late at night you can still hear him scream in pain. His ghost lurks.
During a cold freeze one night he did his bathroom business in a rusted tin can with a hole on top. Ouch he screamed when his member got snagged on the razor sharp lid. Maybe he warmed up and grew in size..anyway he got Staph and died within 72 hours. Moral of the story: Carry peroxide. Brave the cold and do not stick your Tally wacker in a jagged can in the dark!!!!

Mark Gonzales and Wonder Hussy I did The Goler Wash and Mengal Pass road and it was a massive rock garden road. It was just me and my GF in my Bronco (full size). I could not have her as a spotter but made it through with nothing slowing me. No double takes over any rocks etc.. I did work on my bronco and did the whole trip in 2 wheel drive (with locker). It has 4x4 with a front locker too but did it without. Stayed in that Mengles/Stellas cabin. Beautiful valley up there. Best cabin is my other trip up to the B camp.

Whoa! They filled the pool at Warm Springs... When I was there a couple years ago it was empty. That's Stella's Cabin. We stayed there. Russles is around the corner to the west and it has a GREAT solar heated shower from a natural spring. Best to camp outside except for maybe the Geologist cabin. The basic rule is that you put up a flag if you are holding/occupying the building. At 14:17 you show a photo of Russel's Camp. That's where the bitchen shower is.

Wonder Hussy Want to (oops sorry).... I have been to a cabin not so far from there but with a far more rugged path to get to than the way you went to Butte. It has way more and with sound I was amazed and the construction is amazing too. You need a properly upgraded ride to get there with confidence or at all maybe and the path is scary to many. With logic scary so the 4x4 you take may save your life or loose it on significant parts to get there that are a good length of the way.
