This is one of the most inspiring videos I've seen on youtube, I would absolutely love to be a fly on his wall. I was hooked as soon as I saw the folded paper. Incredible!!
Very very beautiful and inspiring. The texture shapes and colors are amazing. Where can i get that clay? And does anyone know what type of washi paper he uses?
I find the tactile process shaping the natural landscape does not always transcend the motion in the modern vernacular when trusting the sensory inspiration of the hands in freely using paper to emulate the fixative values when employing acrylic boards. One must instead employ the sensual timeless aura of infinitely aged carvings of the mind from the old masters. Following this ancient pathway of ephemeral light one can truly grasp the meaningless vernacular of the modern era that parts the enriched from their coinage and improve remuneration for impractical pottery.
New student to clay, I felt like I was in church watching this video....AWE
He is such an amazing artist, I've always wondered how he creates his layered pieces
That is mind blowingly beautiful work.
Thank you so much for sharing so clearly with the whole world via UA-cam. Humbly from Chicago, Illinois USA
