  • This time, as I journey from the southern to the northern regions of Vietnam, I delve into the high mountain areas, where numerous ethnic groups call home. It's a picturesque scene: locals adorned in their traditional attire, oxen and cows grazing by the roadside amidst lush tropical vegetation, or traversing solitary herds.
Despite the stark differences between Vietnam's southern and northern regions, one constant remains - the oxen. These noble animals have been integral to the region's culture for centuries, diligently plowing rice fields.
Even today, ancestral techniques persist, with terraced rice fields still tended to by hand - from soil preparation to sowing and harvesting. In an upcoming video, I'll showcase their laborious yet harmonious relationship with the land, set against the backdrop of their challenging environment.
While capturing every detail in the moment may be challenging, the true essence lies in experiencing it firsthand - the humidity, weather, aromas, and the ever-changing hues of the earth, nuances beyond the grasp of even the finest camera. For now, I invite you to savor the journey with me.
