Really interesting interview. Patrick is a great innovator and entrepreneur. I don’t know the interviewer, but thought he was excellent and seriously in phase with Patrick’s vision and thinking. Potential partnership there
Djokovic is not done yet! He can surprise us all with a couple more grand slams! I bet a lot of people did not expect him to get a gold medal but he did! S don't predict he is finished He may make you eat your words!
You dont see a djokovic or sinner playing UTS either...nothing to do with that. Its way more "entertaining" to watch a jabeur or hsieh. That doesnt mean they are better than swiatek
Patrick didn't seem excited about Rune in the interview... not surprised to hear they've just split, again. Mouratouglou has had a few splashy successes, but also some very visible failures. I think he's better as a tennis ambassador, academy director, and general analyst. He might want to stick to those roles and lay down the coaching gig for a bit.
Rune’s performance at Wimbledon this year confirmed to me that he will never be a champion. Pathetic and defensive performance against a very beatable and aged Djokovic.
It is just for me unbelievable that this professional coach just goes on and on with his horrible predictions at the beginning of the year Patrick Mouratoglou said that Djokovic will finish his career with 30 Grand Slam titles (now he has gone down to 28) that a person who coaches tennis players at the highest level and has became a millionaire by coaching professional tennis players can be so naive and bad at predictions is mind-boggling to me. What does Patrick believe that Djokovic is some kind of an alien or what??? 28 Grand Slam titles when the guy has not even won a single title in the entire 2024 season (so far) and is also 37 years old. And historically, you collapse as a tennis player after you turn 37 at least in winning big titles. I mean only one tennis player (on the male side) has ever won one Grand Slam title at the age of 37 (the oldest to actually ever do so) was Ken Roswell when he won the Australian Open in 1972 at the age of 37. And here we have a professional coach Patrick Mouratoglou who believes that Djokovic will win a total of 4 Grand Slam titles at the age of 37 or older??? Not only has this historically never even come close to happening, Novak also has two giant rivals and superstars to contend with in Alcaraz and Sinner, especially Alcaraz who is the best young tennis player I have ever seen in my life and I have watched tennis for over 30 years. And I'm not even going to spend my time on how in hell can Patrick Mouratoglou believe that Nadal will win the Olympic Gold (because I believe he means in singles) because in doubles Nadal together with Alcaraz can definitely win the Olympic Gold, when the guy doesn't even win 250 class events anymore. No enough about Patrick Mouratoglou and his horrible tennis predictions. One thing I am definitely sure of though, I really hope he is better at coaching tennis players than he is at tennis predictions.
I keep waiting to see moratoglou to raise and find talent a 14 years old to the top instead of take care of already top ranking players like Serena ect...
I hoped, that this year IOC/WTA/ATP/ITF, would stop this nonsense of mixing sport with politics. Every player should have right to play under her/his country's flag. One cannot choose the country of one's birth. Appointing "flag police" at tennis tournaments is not even childish... it is embarrassing and insane... Wars are run by politicians not sportsmen/sportswomen. Why during the invasion of Iraq, 20 year bombing of Afghanistan, Syria, Yemen and Pakistan not to mention the genocidal Vietnam war US, Australian, UK... athletes were allowed to compete under their national flag? USA invaded Iraq in 2003 and yet their flag was still allowed at the World Cup 2006 in Germany and 2010 in South Africa despite the fact they were still in Iraq. Either ban ALL flags of countries who go to war, or don't ban any of them. Interestingly enough Israeli tennis players Mika Buchnik and Guy Sasson are allowed to play under the national flag in AO 2024 despite the policy of their government towards Palestinians in Gaza. *** All wars are equal, but some wars are more equal than others.
Do someone know a tennis player male or female have won a Grand Slam with this narcissic Mouratouglou as a coach. Serena Williams was a great champion before Mouratouglou
I was invited to UTS last year and it was amazing ❤️🔥 Looking forward to the grand finals this year 🐻🎾
Brilliant interview. Loving the podcast!
Thanks so much! 👍🏻

Great interview guys!
Rune has stalled. He capitulated against Djokovic at Wimbledon. He needs to really have a serious review of his tactics and mentality.
Oh, Patrick, shame on you for not taking interest at all in WTA. Iga has so many points that she is sure to be No. 1 until Autumn.

Patrick a touch sad about Holger maybe realizing it wasn’t meant to be even though the relationship had not fully dissolved yet

The man has an empire!
so funny / ironic this interview came out just when they announced the split yet again @25:25 this did not age well
Who is not surprised?
Didn’t age well, came out the day holger announced they split again
lol and rafa loses in R2...
Patrick wasn't with Holger at Wimbledon so I think we all knew from that
Doubles 👯♂️?
Why he take so long for Female year end number 1
That's 1GA for sure
For sure!

He is such a toxic presence
Fairly recent
The guy cannot stop to talk. Narcissistic ego was broken with this second failure with Rune

There are some juniors he is with!
Patrick is a bit of a fraud.
How wrong these predictions can go. Nadal will win gold medal? Well he won only one match!
🫣😬

Wow, hate it............................................
If you like tennis, my god, you going to destroy tennis with this bullshit.
I think his idea is to complement and get more young people into tennis
