Dean I've had a recurring customer complaint with this unit that they have to intermittently strike their bit against the ground in order to get it hammering again. In the past I've rebuilt the whole spindle with a new striker, beat piece and inner o-rings but it hasn't solved the problem. Is there something I'm missing that could be causing this fault?
The clutch has gone in my drill and a bearing somewhere as the drill bits are wobbly. I'm going to have a crack at fixing it myself now.
