Thanks so much for featuring our little front garden bed. 🥰I find it really fun to look back at photos to remind myself how much things have grown, and how much more beauty the garden brings, even though it's never perfect. And it's so inspiring to see all of the creative ideas and different styles of gardens around the country. 🌿🏵🌿
Beautiful gardens, thank you Jim. I love the before and after. Side note, night time lighting is a major reason for beneficial insect decline, especially moths. Let’s not attract them with pollinator gardens and then lead them to their demise with night lights. That fact never occurred to me until I was reading one of Dr. Doug Tallamy’ s books. 💚🌸🐛

NGL, I find something in every one of these that I'll incorporate into my perennial talk next month. Even us old hands get inspiration from these beautiful spaces!
These were terrific!! Each a different, specialized interpretation. We're only see snapshots; the creativity, care + work are inspiring. Jim + Steph: Loving your crimson-red cannas w dark purple foliage today -- a beauty!
Jim and Stephany, I JUST LOVE these videos. Through each one of these beautiful transformations, I can feel the pride they must feel when they see their vision come to life. Jim - I had to laugh re the carpenter '7 shrubs and a cloud of dust' remark.
Absolutely Beautifullllll creations of Garden Space! Now, I have more ideas for my own space. I'm slowly removing more and more turf, which is Great for me. Less mowing, I Absolutely love it! ❤️🌺❤️
I love seeing the “external” rewards of these gardens; and with each, the intrinsic are at least doubled by your sharing their efforts. Jim and Steph, thank you🌸🐝
David and Melissa in Grand Rapids, I love your yellow shutters in the back of your beautiful garden beds. They really pop! I’m not from Michigan but it’s one of my favorite states in the US. I’ve seen some truly beautiful gardens up there. They’re so vibrant.
These are so incredibly inspiring! I'm loving this series, seeing the incredible garden transformations and listening to Jim's commentary. (And the nighttime critters, pretty sure I heard an owl at one point!)
I have found I have to be careful buying plants for my 8b zone here along the Gulf Coast in the Florida panhandle as there is a BIG difference in plants that will be happy in zone 8b in Seattle, WA. that would fry in our steamy hot climate here.
It is really disappointing that so many plants are sold only listing their cold hardiness. Knowing the heat zone (tolerance) is critical particularly in places where you are…
Love looking at these. Some nice lighting projects, but beware of lighting if you are in the deep south, lights attract mole crickets like crazy. I ended up pulling all my garden lighting out.
By far the best design is Roberts (Hillside) with the way he artfully designed those steps and landscaping. All of the plants beautifully complement the overall design with proper choices, scale and placement. Excellent job!
Great video like always! In the future, I’d love to see a video similar to this, but that are all here in Raleigh because I just bought another house and I basically will have a blank slate and can do anything with the space but I want to consult with you and would love some ideas of what other people have because there’s so many different kinds of garden spaces and I’m not sure which way to go… 🙂😊🪴
It's nice to hear your enthusiasm as you look at these pictures. They are wonderful!
Illinois has such great old houses. Very historic
The first one is almost my neighbor 🌺💚🙃
I’m so impressed by these gardeners who have such vision. Thank you for sharing!

What lights hurt insects, please?

@@freedomofreligion3248 I forgot to mention yellow bulbs are more acceptable.
This give me motivation to increase bed sizes

I have a blank slate when it comes to my high desert 8b front yard. Love seeing what everyone has come up with

Thank You Jim for the makeovers they give me some ideas!
That last one was amazing! I have the same issue and we’re doing something similar. Inspiring for sure. ❤
Y’all so impressive! Love all the creativity!

Just love seeing all of these fabulous gardens!
I see a theme in many of these including my own garden that Jim's influence is evident in these garden spaces❤
Thank you

Hope you're doing okay with the hurricane down there!
@@annakasikkink7489 Thank you Anna! I'm fine. I'm a 3 hour drive west of Tallahassee and we didn't even get some much needed rain here.
