After playing COD games for the last 3 yrs or so, starting with the first Modern Warfare, I decided to try BF4. Well, it was completely different. I have struggled with my situational awareness as it is a different interface than the COD games. I find myself often running around blindly getting picked off by more experienced players. Frustrating? Yes. But I'm getting better. Thanks to Pick6, and other guys posting on the tube, and practice, it is more rewarding to play. Because I play on PS3, I stick to the deathmatch games and rush, as the conquest maps are too large for only 24 players imo.
Knowing the maps is huge. Flood zone is a great example for this i think as its a map where you frequently get the jump on opponents through shortcuts etc. Cool vid again.
Nice vid man. Its amazing how many people dont actually think the way you play in the video and constantly serve as a meat shield thinking that they are playing smartly.
And they blame it on recon. Go figure, right?
PICK_6_TOUCHDOWN i love this series thanks man.....i love your tutorials so never stop doing this...this really has improved how i play but playing battlefield and getting shot to death even when its not your mistake is like masturbathin while watching porn... once again thanks
Man its about time somebody demonstrated the actual thought that should go into crushing enemys on BF! If i need help with anything battlefield related this is the guy to ask! My game has improved alot since i started watching touchdowns vids! Nice work man keep it up ^_^
Thank you, I literally cannot wait for the follow-up instalments. This is the first FPS I've ever played and maaaaaan do I suck!
My biggest tip would be to slow down and process the info on your screen before acting, but when you act (move, shoot, etc), do not do it lightly.
I like to look at comments like this 6 years later and imagine this guy is a professional player now😂
Great video bro. I remember when you did this kinda video for bf3. It helped a lot.
great video and excellent tips. That was one of your best ever.
Other, way more popular, tutorials really don't tell you something interesting like this imo. You are spot on! :)
Went 33-7 on Zavod using LR88 light mg. Sweet.
Jelsick For you, me I get 50-3 Whole capping objectives and reviving
The mini map saved my life so many times and more then half of my kills came from the mini map it tells you everything !!!!!!!!!
Your videos are helping me improve my play. Thanks. Keep them coming. Also can you make a video on proper use of gadgets and grenades?
Great gameplay pick6. :)
Cool videos man, you have helped me a lot. : )
Keep them coming! :D This is going to help me a lot since I have the situation awareness of a goldfish >.
Also, pay attention to audio cues. I got the drop on guys many times just because I heard a bunch of loud ass footsteps and there was nothing on the minimap.
Thanks for the tips, I get more kills and get killed less. Keep up the good work! :)
your screen looks different than mine, more wide... how it can be? view angle set-up?
Just for future reference, I would say you take a lot of unnecessary risks when you expose yourself from behind cover in the same place that one of your teammates just died. Also, running out in the open like you did to kill the snipers at the A flag can get you killed as many times as you kill the other guy. I understand what you are saying about situational awareness, but I think in some areas of your play, there are ways to exploit it better
I get what you're saying, but a lot of what you're saying is entirely subjective as well. Risk taking, even if it seems futile in some cases, is pivotal. Staying back and not peeking an area despite your teammate dying means you can't push that area and you'll almost certainly be overrun. If it works, I see no reason to alter it despite potential risks.
In addition, if you're judging my style purely from only these clips. that's a very small sample size of overall player game play.
PICK_6_TOUCHDOWN No, I've watched others as well, and its something I see fairly often. Risk taking is necessary that's why I said "unnecessary risks" not just "risks". Finding a different way to get to the enemies quickly instead of exposing yourself to some place that someone most likely will have a line on already. The only reason I say they are unnecessary risks is because there are, objectively, better ways to approach some situations
does anyone knows how to revive someone as a medic if someone gets killed?
so I goes the same for recon as well
I don’t know why i can’t use a minimap
What mg do you have? Looks like a good mg for covering fire.
+Dalek115 mg4 and aws
Burst fire is huge in BF lol
Great video and points, but you need to spot more buddy ?
I literally cannot spot more than that. If you're spotting on every encounter, you're probably losing battles on the time lost.
What is your setup for your aws?
Ergo grip, Red Dot sight, Laser sight.
how well does that works for you?
I've never had issues.
I can only imagine how many kills you end up with at the end of a max ticket locker server
Dude are you Irish?
the doritos haha
