Hey Coach your videos are great I love them. Just 2 notes from me regarding the clip of the Tawanchai fight
- under One Kickboxing rules you the fighters are not allowed to catch kicks neither teeps nor roundhouse. They made it to give the matches more focus on striking and be more spectacular for the viewers...
- I agree with all those techniques, but Tawanchai throws them so fast and well timed it's hard to block in time even if you know the right techniwue

Thanks for pointing that out. Yes, we were just demonstrating general Muay Thai techniques. But you're right, ONE has different rule sets and Tawanchai is really fast and would be hard to catch his kicks unless you time it perfect or he gets really tired. But these techniques as a general rule for most fighters work really well.
