Practice your drills right and you’ll never do them wrong.
If you don’t understand the technique during practice, you need to talk to your Coach either during practice, or after practice to prevent bad habits, bad technique, and even injury. If you’re still not getting it try private lessons with reputable “Wrestling” coach only.
