@@thegreenwave6741 Capping is fine but not if there's 1 or 2 enemy left with plenty of time and team mates left in the match it just makes no sense and in my opinion can be quite selfish. The entire team receives more XP the more damage to enemy tanks that's inflicted by the team. That said chasing the last light in your heavy is silly and likewise if your team is doing badly but has the chance of winning by capping then that's all good.

It's precisely what should be much more common on UA-cam. Showing how one curbstomps everything day in and day out gets a bit stale after a while and doesn't teach people much. It's "hey look I'm a uniscum, git gud". Whereas here you can see how a good player reacts to an unpleasant situation we all encounter on a regular basis.

I think this is actually one of your best vids. I mean, seeing perfect gameplay where all pieces fall together all the time is not how the game works. Love to see more of these light tank games, because they don't only apply to lights.
All this, also increases your own tactical insight of the game...regardless of type of tank.
Because [Map Control] is what determines your result of the game.
For example, I was stuck between a rock and hard place. Couldn't move much or I'm dead.
But I was spotting enemy tanks, just my presence made enemy tanks wary of approaching, and my SPG's were having fun with the tanks I spotted.
And a different game I was in a KV-4 with the rubbish 122mm before the T9 107mm gun....couldn't do much. But my team was wining on a flank.
So just sitting there...being there (a tough threat)...made my team win the game....I admit my numbers were low, didn't do much...but we won :)

Hey Lemming, you said that you don't like to show in your videos when you go to the one side and nothing happenedm than you have to drive to the other side, but actually I think that is the one of the most important things! The majority of players chose one side at the start of the game and if there is nothing they still stay there and wait until their team lose the other side and some nemies to come to them. That's the main reason in over 50% games that I played and we lost because of that. It's very important to know when to leave the flank you chose at the start of the game imo. Thnx for the video, keep up with great work! Greetings from Serbia!

2:31 Yes, it is still very possible! Just last week I went into a training room to see what's the slowest tank you can do it in, I ended up doing it in a Maus! It's harder with slower tanks, but you just have to know the right line.

I act AFK for a bit with my t49 derp just to watch how things are developing. Then I move around to see who needs help. I sneak around and pounce on low HP heavys. I've found that following your "just stay alive" light tank advice has really helped me have much more impact on games. Sometimes I don't get much damage, but knowing I knocked out some guns to help win the game makes it fun and worthwhile anyway. The kudos are nice, too.

The highway match was a great example of a match where you might not do lots of epic damage and spotting, but you're still making lots of important plays that will cause you to win the battle.
Enabling certain situations to happen are things that don't show up at the end plates.

Thanks for the informative gameplay! In past videos you’ve talked about how important it is to stay alive til the end game while playing in lights to be effective so I really took that to heart. You also talked about how it was okay to run away from a failing flank which while it seems logical many people are too deep/can’t or just want to fight tooth and nail.

An excellent video, especially the second game. Whilst the end score was only about 2k and even you said it wasn't a great game, I saw it as a carry game as your disruption to the enemy arty and others meant that they were distracted thus giving your team the breathing space to do their own thing. Games like this are the difference between average and better players I think. 2:30 it is possible unless they changed it with the patch today. I make that play semi-regularly with an is7 but the sluggishness actually seems to help me with that play a little bit so idk about a t 100lt. Just remember to wiggle left and right whenever on a slope that’s marginally too steep to drive on because for some reason it manufactures more grip. No clue why it works but I assure you it does.

Funny part at what you said at the very behining of object is that arty is one of the most easiest classes for me, you just snipe from base and all you do is wait patience to aim well the area, my best farming for credits is arty. Rest of classes are hard for me, either I'm extremly bad because I fight against tanks and I don't penetrate them at all and when I play that tank I got him every single shot. It can't be the excuse that guys cam for sniping with gold every single time :(

If you feel useless, that is because you do not use enough gold ammo, special consumables and so on. This guy is a pro, but a non-premium player cannot do most of it due to the lack of funds.
    Great vid btw.

You've done heavy tank plays a lot, but I'm curious if you could do a video on each of the most played heavies? (obviously not the Type 5) Like... IS-7, IS-4 (maybe?), E5, Maus, etc. I ask because I'm a heavy main, and I'm finding myself rapidly outclassed by tanks that I used to be able to reliably pen with standard ammo. Maybe I'm just not aiming as well as I used to, and my stats aren't bad by any means, but I definitely feel like there's a bit of rust around the edges and I would greatly enjoy getting back up to my original self.

At Highway the problem it was the first move...you can get nothing from the city with a light, I think its better if you gonna stay in a bush in the middle

How to win more games and increase your WN8 in WoT:
Conserve your HP for the beginning/mid game while farming damage/kills and use your HP at the end game for either tightening the map around your enemies, or for defensive plays...

@LemmingRush - Thanks for the videos. Do you think it also would be great if you can tell the best locations from both spawn points, for the tank type and map you are playing?

I am a new player enjoying light tanks. (the battles are fast) I find your videos very helpful. I play tier 4 German light tank. I did try the Russian 3-34 medium, but found it not as fun as my light German light tank. Its just a pity German light tanks are not so good later on. :(

When your team makes you feel useless it sucks. My Son plays WOT and he is very good at it. Yesterday he was in his M4 Sherman. Last guy alive against 4 enemy's. In chat teammate was calling him worthless, pos reroll, hope you die etc. So he just parked in the open and got spotted. Started taking hits. Teammate is saying "Shoot stupid, what are doing, shoot shoot you f-ing pos. He died while saying in chat "negative to teammate. He's not at 500 battles yet. IGN:731sherman his win rate is 56%. I play as 731Houston NA server

I enjoy your vids on WOTs. I'm a beginner and becoming aware that "tank types" have certain places to go on each map. I recognize that this is not a rigid program but other players seem to believe that "he doesn't know where heavy tanks go." Yes, I'm the "he" there. But in generalities should heavy tanks go there on one map and on another, somewhere else? The answer of course is "it depends," but it would be nice to know since there is little or no communication between players and working on that premise it would be nice to know if there is a baseline? Obviously not but what the h"**l.
