Hi J. While I do admire the way you multitask and cook such a variety, I couldn't take my eyes off from your cane collection. You have a very good taste. Please do share where you bought them. Especially the ones you had hung on the wall. I must mention your tips and cooking tricks have saved a lot for my time. ❤
Thank you so much for the appreciation ❣️ I am really happy you found this helpful 😊 and I bought that hanging basket from Bangalore IKEA store and the other fruit basket with netted cover is from Bali.
Hi sister, as usual I loved the video. You have made dosa maavu making very simple. Even I’m also having the same grinder but I was struggling with urud dal preparation first like all do and then with rice. Also cleaning the grinder rock with extra water to dilute is simply a smart technique. I will follow the same method from now on ❤ You are such a smart person. I really admire you soo much from all your videos so far! And you have made use of the Indus Valley cooker in a very smart way, I never came across anyone else doing promotion with such determination. Others simply bring that product in their video just once but you used it till the end in various ways. Kudos to you!! 🎉❤ And you never really waste any of the things, which is the first thing I learn from you sister !! ❤ Please upload videos regularly if possible 🙈 Sending lots of love !
Thank you so much Nivetha ❣️ I can't express how happy I am reading your message 😊 thank you so much for the appreciation. Currently I am posting two weeks once, posting every week is quite challenging and difficult 😅
Hey J just a suggestion Keep the colleted cream out for 6-7 hours or overnight. Then add some curd and mix well. Let it culture the malai. After 5-6 hours, using just a whisk and some cold water the butter comes out in less than 5 minutes. Also, do wash the butter in ice cold water to remove any buttermilk residues. Definitely helps in getting less milk solid separation during cooking it to make ghee
Hello Sushmitha 😊 thanks for watching ❣️ and thank you so much for the great tip, will definitely try this next time. Usually I'll wash the butter in water first before preparing ghee, but that day I skipped this step 😅
Hii.. one pot boiling method is very nice idea👌but one doubt keeping small bowls in the cooker with closing the lids nothing will happen right?? And lastly the lil cute teddy bears are nice.. I will try this weekend for my kid (adding baking powder not baking soda😜
No, as far as the cooker is in good working condition nothing will happen 😄 make sure that the pressure is fully released before opening the cooker... Thank you so much 😂❣️
